“My friend and i visited this lovely restaurant last month. Upon entry we were warmly welcomed by a kind man we later found out was the chef, Aziz. We also met Mr Fuhad, the owner. He is very kind and funny! Having been to Morocco before, I can tell you this place has very authentic Moroccan food with a fun twist. It is a culinary delight. Between the two of us we had chicken, cabbage, eggplant, soup, a salad, rice, mint tea, and several delicious crafted non-alcoholic beverages. Aziz also made a special dessert, chocolate with orange mousse which was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff, delicious food, and beautiful decor make this place stand out. Cannot wait to return.“

“Fantastic evening sitting outdoors enjoying a beautiful meal. Pita served with oil for dipping. We had the gyro and the chicken shawarma. The chicken was well marinated and cooked. Fresh fillings and a unique presentation. Rather than traditional pitas for the sandwiches, they use a flatbread similar to a tortilla. It made the experience much less messy, and just as delicious.“

“This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. “Awesome family ran business. We’ve never had an issue with food and only on instance with slow service. The owner was quick to respond and after was smooth sailing. They can’t fix issues if you don’t bring them up. Food is always wonderful. The owner typically stops by and says hello.“
