Panera Bread in Indianapolis

“Pick up lunch here couple times a month- always have the same girl at drive through. She is the kindest and warmest employee, always welcoming and has a smile even when it was 0 degrees outside and she was working the window. She is the best, def have some good employees at this location.“

“This location has truly taken me on a rollercoaster of emotions. I’ve been a regular customer for over a year, and at one point I even canceled my membership because the customer service was so disappointing. Thankfully, I decided to give them a second chance, and I haven’t regretted it since. The new morning manager is excellent—always cheerful, attentive to every customer, quick to prioritize small orders, and able to keep the crew moving smoothly, even during hectic mornings filled with catering requests.

That said, there’s still one recurring issue, not just at this location but at several Panera stores: missing items. They use a system where staff check off the ticket to “ensure” everything is in the bag, but it’s still common to find chips, spreads, or other items missing. When I have time, I open the bag before leaving and catch mistakes right away. The staff are always kind and quick to fix them. Unfortunately, I can’t always check, and on those mornings I end up with unpleasant surprises once I get to work
Overall, if I could, I would have their salads every day for lunch, and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese for breakfast 🥰“

“I have not been to this place for several years. The location is not a best fit for traffic. Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

Well the food is good for the price. I had chilly soup and the roast beef sandwich. The wife had a great salad.“

“I highly recommend the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. It couldn't be fresher if I made it myself. So delicious and fresh. And you get a Baggett or apple chips with it I chose a baggett crusty bread. And I went to the drive-thru line was long but went pretty fast. And the young lady at the window was very nice. I go to the one in Avon IN raceway Rd and Rockville Rd. Go there it's worth it. And get a tulip cookie so delicious ?“

Went to Panera today with a group of ladies, and this young man named Rico made our night not only with his kindness but his care, compassion, humbleness, and loving smile/character. Such an amazing guy!

“I like this Panera. I sneezed and the lady behind the counter blessed me. She seemed very friendly and had conversations with her customers. I like that they serve me my bagel on a plate. I went to another Panera and did not receive my bagel on a plate. I've been to this Panera about three times this summer and enjoyed my bagel on a plate, not in a bag when ordering dine in.“

“I recently stopped by for breakfast and am very happy that I did. I ordered the Sausage CinnaScramble Sandwich, and it was extremely delicious. The sweet from the cinnamon paired with the creamy scrambled eggs, mildly spicy breakfast sausage patty, and the buttery flavor and crunch from the cinnamon roll Pastry was the perfect start to my day. I would definitely order the Sausage CinnaScramble Sandwich again.

Parking: Panera has its own large parking lot.“

“This is a very busy location so you definitely have to show Grace and mercy. There may be some staffing concerns so you must be able to exhibit patience.

My Frontega Chicken was made to perfection and the store manager Darianna was an angel. She made sure my order was perfect. Let’s show this some location some love.“
