“This was my first visit to this location, and I was impressed. Parking was convenient, the facility was clean, and I was greeted and assisted immediately upon entering. I also tried the new Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT with chips for the first time. The sandwich was freshly made, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious— a great alternative to my previous favorite, the Roasted Turkey and Avo BLT. I highly recommend this location and the new recipe!“
“I highly recommend the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. It couldn't be fresher if I made it myself. So delicious and fresh. And you get a Baggett or apple chips with it I chose a baggett crusty bread. And I went to the drive-thru line was long but went pretty fast. And the young lady at the window was very nice. I go to the one in Avon IN raceway Rd and Rockville Rd. Go there it's worth it. And get a tulip cookie so delicious ?“
“Came in for the Hazelnut coffee; however, I spotted a Asiago Cheese Bagel. The individual that took my order (Anthony) asked if I’d like it sliced and toasted. What a great idea!This location has a laid back vibe. Outside dining is available and it’s tidy inside and out.I usually get the Mediterranean Veggie & a Hazelnut Coffee. The Garden Avo & Egg White sandwich is awesome.On my way out, another staff member (didn’t get her name); held the door for me. Great customer service and experience!“
“Walk in and immediately smell the fresh bakery goods. Service was amazing. Helped with questions we had.. when I needed a to go bag, they dropped what they were doing to assist us. The new Asiago sandwiches are amazing.... the Tuscan is number 1. Thanks Panera for a great dinner by the fireplace :)“
“I recently stopped by for breakfast and am very happy that I did. I ordered the Sausage CinnaScramble Sandwich, and it was extremely delicious. The sweet from the cinnamon paired with the creamy scrambled eggs, mildly spicy breakfast sausage patty, and the buttery flavor and crunch from the cinnamon roll Pastry was the perfect start to my day. I would definitely order the Sausage CinnaScramble Sandwich again.

“I like this Panera. I sneezed and the lady behind the counter blessed me. She seemed very friendly and had conversations with her customers. I like that they serve me my bagel on a plate. I went to another Panera and did not receive my bagel on a plate. I've been to this Panera about three times this summer and enjoyed my bagel on a plate, not in a bag when ordering dine in.“
“Katina is the BEST!! I had 2 large catering orders put in for my wedding and my credit card company thought one of the charges was fraud and was causing all kinds of issues. I was definitely stressing about it and Katina made sure both orders would be dropped off and continually followed up with me about the issue. She went above and beyond to calm me down. As someone who spent years in the service industry she did everything right and I can't thank her enough.“
“I don’t normally post about “fast food” restaurants because you don’t typically get the best service but when I tell you Maemae and Bri exceeded any type of fast food expectation I mean it. Maemae promptly greeted me at the drive thru speaker and just by speaking with her, I could tell she was smiling and enjoying what she does. We joked about Hi-C and them not having it and she was just so personable and friendly. I was then greeted by Bri at the window who was just as exceptionally friendly and personable. I wanted to order a cookie last minute and she didn’t seem the least bit annoyed to have to add that to my order. My food was hot and made perfectly. These two definitely deserve a shoutout and I’m so appreciate of the service you gave me. Keep being amazing!“
