It was close to closing time when I arrived and they were out of all the soups, this was reasonable it was a cold Friday evening and they were running a promo with soups only 1 dollar! I ordered a fuji apple salad, but they were out of apple chips, so I was allowed to substitute another fruit.My only complaint is that sweeping while people are eating is weird to me. We went in the morning on Friday September 22. The ladies working were the best. Super attentive and all our food was great! We weren't expecting even a decent experience honestly, but got a really delightful one!

I guess Panera Bread is for those that go there all the time. For me, who does not, it was a mess figuring out how to be my own waitress and how things work there. The soup was ok, the sandwich was delicious.
