Great food! A hidden gem. I had the fried chicken Shaddai loco which was excellent fried chicken with fries and special sauces on fries. My wife had shrimp fajitas! Both were excellent.
Fantastic food, owner was super! Take time to visit this new restaurant, worth it!!

Pollo Shaddai is a hidden gem and a great local spot for authentic, fresh food. Customers love the fried chicken, which is described as perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The fried chicken Shaddai loco, shrimp fajitas, pupusas, empanadas, shaddai chicken, and the Asada are all excellent. The food is hot, fresh, and flavorful, and everything is made to order. The staff is friendly and takes the time to explain the menu. The owner is nice and friendly. Prices are good, with one customer noting they spent $30 less than usual to feed 5 people. The place is very clean and has homemade tortillas. It is a little hole-in-the-wall, unassuming in a strip mall in Geist. Customers left stuffed and cannot wait to come back.
