I first ate here inside for my mom's birthday back in March 2023. We had a group of 8 adults & 3 kids. We received great service & I was impressed with the food & large portions, they even had french fries for the picky little. More recently we have gotten take out from them & I have always been very pleased with the quality of food. The carnitas is so good and the queso dip is a must!
I love this place, I go there so much to eat out or to do carry out, amazing staff, they always make me feel welcome and I also work landscaping (Komplete Landscape Contractors) and we have several properties that we mow that are close to there and I've gone there many times for lunch, great food, great staff, right across from my church (Holy Cross Lutheran Church) close to home, great place, 5 stars EASY!

This is it! La Hacienda 12 is hands-down, one of the best traditional Mexican restaurants in this area, especially if you grew up in Southern California like I did. The tamales, whether made in house, or not, are a taste of the Pacific Coast Tijuana area like few other restaurants have pulled off. The Arroz Texicano, Do yourself a favor, try that! If appetite, meets flavor, meets value is for you, you’ve come to the right place. Cinco estrellas!
