“Drive thru took a minute, but food was hot and good. First time at this location, but been going to Popeyes for as long as I can remember. Can’t vouch for the past at this location, but as of today, no complaints. Would go here again for a bangin’ sandwich.“
“I haven't been to pop eyes in quite a while. But when I bit into the spicy chicken sandwich, it did not taste like the sandwich I had a couple of years ago here. The breading was just... weird? And no, I'm not a chik-fil-a fanatic. I couldn't finish the meal I spent almost $25 on, so I just went over to tacobell and got a $7 cravings box. I then only ate the burrito and half the cheesy gordita crunch. I think major fast food brands are just getting less tasty and way more expensive. I encourage everyone to just try local bar & grills for a quick bite. It's cheaper and tastes way better.

“I stopped in this past Wednesday evening to grab a yummy classic chkn sandwich. I haven't been at this location in quite a long time. Work brought me to the area for a quick bite to eat. That day my service was fast which was perfect because I was starving lol. I really appreciated that, thank you guys! ?? The parking lot was very clean & there's plenty of parking. TraffIc can get stupid around peak times of the day. Unfortunately, they're still working on the roads in this area.I gave 4 stars on the food only because my sandwich was barely warm. It was delicious, though, definitely would've been ? if it was a bit warmer/hot. Overall a nice experience. I wouldn't hesitate to revisit if I'm in the area again.“
“The food was good, as always. However it seemed that the only things on the staff's minds, were taking a break, and going home. The food had clearly been sitting on a heating rack for quite some time, and still took half an hour to receive. It was probably an isolated incident, and I definitely plan on returning. “The young woman in the drive thru is very sweet, & make sure we have everything! along with the beautiful GM she had the best attitude & the person in the lobby made sure the lobby was clean and was sure to get all the orders out in a timely manner the chicken was crispy to a tea I think the cook deserves a raise also and the sandwiches that I had was delicious the whole first shift deserves a raise💯💯“
“Tyrell the manager @ the Popeyes location on 10087? East Washington St is a perfect example of a exemplary manager that every restaurant should have in there business. I placed a order online and there was a mistake..I called& spoke with Tyrell the manager, and told him the mistake he immediately said to ask for him when I return. I went back up there 2 days later ask for Tyrell, and he was very professional, great attitude,, very accommodating in correcting the mistake and also threw in a pie& drink. This is what you call real genuine customer service, and Tyrell performed that today to show that he do care about his customer's and their experience at his location and not just there to waste people time or money. I hope his boss and corporate see this positive, great review on his performance, professionalism, and friendly attitude. I would like to let everyone know this is the perfect example of a outstanding role model as a manager in fast food restaurants. Everyone needs to be like Mr. Tyrell , managers and employees. I left his establishment with a smile on my face and was very pleased with the hospitality he shown me as a customer. “I placed a mobile order online and picked it up in-store. The male cashier was very friendly and helpful despite how busy it was. There were a lot of people coming in, and he was handling everything like a pro. Either this location needs more employees, or this man deserves a raise! Great service.“
“I placed an order through the app after I pulled into the parking lot, and I immediately went inside to wait on my order. After going inside, I was greeted in a friendly manner, and within 30 seconds, the man behind the counter was handing me my order! Super fast, friendly, and my food was hot, fresh, and delicious!
