staff is great food is great
This little bar reminded me of the Red Key in broad ripple, an old fashioned place where not a lot has changed over time. I had lunch here with a coworker, and it was affordable for pretty decent bar food. I had the tenderloin special which was on sale for 6 bucks. The waitress was nice and attentive. There were a few other people who seemed like regulars eating and having drinks, but we felt very welcome.

The bartenders are awesome: Breezy, Hannah, Sheila, Nicki... The food is really good too, and not just bar food - which they have, and it's good - but also burgers, pizza, sandwiches, and more...(Hat tip to cooks Breezy and Patsy).The staff AND the customers - lots of regulars of all types, colors, ethnicities and backgrounds - are all friendly and welcoming to everyone.
