We had a couple of hours to kill in Indy airport, so opted to lunch here. We waited around 20 minutes to be seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables. It looked as though they were short handed, so only seating customers they could deal with. Once in, service was ok and order was taken quickly. Salads, burgers , beer and cheese cake. I had such high hopes for you CHAMPPS. After a 45 minute wait with tables open I was finally seated. A customer mentioned I should win the award for waiting the longest. Another customer mentioned the waitress Payton was “snippy. I should have stepped out then but the waitress proceeded to say she wouldn’t wait on me because she was the only waitress and was too busy. Sorry CHAMPPS but Sun King restaurant was 100% better today.

Worked here almost a year was good at first but there is no management in BOH. They hired a 18 year old who was not even union yet constantly trying to run me and others all the while spreading lies and discord on myself and management.
