“I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but the incredible staff at this Subway absolutely deserve it. The ladies who work here are hands-down some of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.

I had called earlier just to ask if they had the Happy Gilmore cup from the special promotion. That’s it—just a quick check. When I showed up later to see what cups they had, they had actually saved the exact one I was hoping for. I never even told them which character I wanted—but somehow, they just knew. That small act of thoughtfulness genuinely meant the world to me.

It’s rare to be treated with that kind of care and attention anywhere, let alone at a fast-food spot. I was truly touched. I can honestly say I’ll never go to another Subway again. This is the one. Loyal for life.

Thank you again to the amazing women working there. You made my day in a way you probably didn’t even realize.“

One of the cleanest and freshest Subways I’ve ever been to. Everything tasted super fresh, and the whole place was spotless—from the counter to the seating area. “I was nervous about a subway on this side of town, but I stumbled across. It, tucked away, hidden in the nook of a seeming to be shut down strip mall area — happily to find a pristine kitchen, with fresh meats and cheeses in what seem to be freshly cleaned and rotated metal tins . The staff is very nice professional, and seems to care about the customers very quick service and was happy to suggest things and update us on pricing. I ate my sandwich and it was fantastic. Definitely one of the better subways I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of subways in many states. Will 100% go back and be happy to see the staff there again. He labeled our sandwich that I was going to have for lunch tomorrow with a marker that says tomorrow and packed my sandwich that I was going to eat today separately - without me even asking, he simply just remembered our conversation. “I placed my order online and it charged but it the order didn’t actually go through (I had called) and I ended up placing it on DoorDash and the worker , emma, was super sweet on the phone both times and ended up putting some cookies in my DoorDash order ❣️❣️❣️“

“We usually go to this location. I am very happy with them. The food is usually fresh. I have to say that when we order online, there is almost always errors. If we stand right there, no problems.

“The staff was very friendly and greeted me upon walking in as well as preparing my food the exact way I wanted which many other subways don’t have time or even try, but best experience I’ve had in a long time at any subway, and was very surprised by the cleanliness of the overall store. The workers tonight definitely deserve a raise in my opinion but do whatever you will with that knowledge.

“I order delivery (Doordash) through the Subway app. I get in store prices without the higher doordash fees. When I review I can critique the store and not necessarily doordash. I've been in the store and always found it to be clean and well kept. The personnel are friendly and I love the sandwich wraps.“

The gentleman there made our food before taking care of people that came in after the order was placed and that was a very welcome change from other Subways I've been to where orders from the app are pushed to the side and handled later.“

“This Subway fixed me a fresh and delicious 12" sandwich with a friendly smile so I rate it highly. However it is located in a gas station so I can't say that the atmosphere was great. It had a pay phone in the parking lot...a cool blast from the past.“

“On the good - 3 footlongs for under $20 is a great deal (with coupon). This store piled on my selected veggies and didn't skimp on the mayo.This store looked rougher than most. Their exterior sign was not lit while they were open at 6:15 on a Saturday night.Subway asks for a tip on both the app and in store on the payment processor. While I appreciate the service the push and amount options for tipping are too aggressive in the Subway system. If you can't pay employees enough that they need tips then pay them more and raise prices.I personally take exception with Subway and some other chains calling their staff "Sandwich Artists". Subway dicates what they make and the entire process. Calling them artists is an insult to under paid staff and actual artists.“

“On 7/12/2025 I was headed from Indianapolis to Nobelsville to see Dave Matthews Band in concert with family. I stopped at this Subway to order 8 sandwiches. The young woman who was working (0609) was an expert. Two other people were getting sandwiches also for the concert. A local woman came in on her dinner break. She gave rave reviews in this Subway and the crew. The young woman made all my sandwiches quickly and was better at remembering the order and individual request than I was. I was blown away at how quick she helped me out. If I lived there I would frequent this location and be a loyal customer. Subway and especially this location is privileged to have such a great employee. The owner of the location walked in while I was there. I complimented her and he acknowledged she’s great.“

“Beyond Excellent! Amazing food, quality and quantity! Also very clean and sanitized! We always cater from here for the last 20+ years! Its no wonder they’ve been in business over 30 years! “It's a good and clean place. Keeps up to the name of the franchise, well maintained. The Indian guy making my sub was very upbeat and kept things lively. The only reason I gave one less star is that access to this place was not so easy.“

“I went and got lunch for myself & a coworker, so two bags, separate tickets, as I was lowering my into my coupe, I dropped something, looked at what fell & saw the receipt fluttering into my floorboard, ok no biggie. As I pull away, I hear a pop & look back to see that someone had put trash under my car and I ran slick over it. So I grab the food when I get to work, hand off my coworker's to the realization that I only grabbed one bag from the car, strolled back outside to no avail, I was ;!in fact the one that dropped trash under my car.“

“Ordered several sandwiches through doordash. One of our sandwiches was toasted in error. The Mgr immediately replaced the sandwich and apologized for the inconvenience. Really appreciate the quick resolution and great customer service. Thank you!“

“Came in with my wife and two dogs. Instead of giving me a hard time about having a dog the employee (Nikki) was delighted to see my puppy! She had a smile on her face the whole time, even when I decided to change my sandwich mid-order. Again the employee even gave my wife a simple of each of the types of chicken because she had never tried the sweet onion chicken teriyaki or the barbecue chicken. On top of that she gave me a few pieces of chicken to give to my puppy and my other dog. The entire experience was pleasant and I cracked a bad joke about the other employee (Patty) and said that when I asked her to put some pickles on my sandwich she refused. Obviously it was a joke but I don't think she took it as such. But she was still very polite. I give it a 5 out of 5 and as long as Nikki and Patty are working there I would definitely recommend!“

“Stopped by this subway while we were in Indianapolis before an event at Lucas Oil. The prices were the same as we paid in KY and UT. The service was fast and efficient. The sub was made correctly and I used a coupon here and there was no problems transacting it. I distinctly recall this subway seemed clean to me, which was amazing since it was 7pm and a steady flow of customers was coming and going. I sense that this location has employees that work hard and do their best.“

“The gentleman at this location are so NICE!!!! I came in looking to get a TikTok pizza and before I could even say what I wanted he knew what I was talking about!

“This Subway is kind of tucked back more than other Subways, but their food is just as fresh!

It's not apart of a strip mall or any other store, which makes it stand apart for sure. Windows encircle nearly the whole lobby which is always completely clean. The employees are always very welcoming and greet with smiles.

Bathrooms are always stocked and kept clean. Oh, forgot to mention, they also have a drive thru!“

I had a few specific requests regarding the amount of veggies and sauce, and she accommodated them all with care and precision. It was clear she takes pride in her work and is dedicated to ensuring each customer gets exactly what they ask for.

Speaking of the veggies, the **quantity and variety** were perfect. The sandwich was generously filled with fresh ingredients, from crisp lettuce to juicy tomatoes, and all the other toppings were packed in just the right proportions. “I've had nothing but great experiences at this Subway. Staff is incredibly friendly and actually cares about getting your order right. Recently had a messed up order and once I was at the store, I realized that it was an app error and not the fault of the store employees. Chris and Tim insisted on remaking it anyway. Also the employees all wear masks, which makes me and my family feel really safe. We drive past six Subways to go to this one. Worth it.“

“This location is actually inside of St. Vincent's Hospital, although you can access it from the outside of the building, as well. There was a good amount of seating available, the line was efficient, the employees were friendly, and the place was extremely clean. I felt very comfortable being there and will return the next time I am at the hospital.“
