“I was nervous about a subway on this side of town, but I stumbled across. It, tucked away, hidden in the nook of a seeming to be shut down strip mall area — happily to find a pristine kitchen, with fresh meats and cheeses in what seem to be freshly cleaned and rotated metal tins . The staff is very nice professional, and seems to care about the customers very quick service and was happy to suggest things and update us on pricing. I ate my sandwich and it was fantastic. Definitely one of the better subways I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of subways in many states. Will 100% go back and be happy to see the staff there again. He labeled our sandwich that I was going to have for lunch tomorrow with a marker that says tomorrow and packed my sandwich that I was going to eat today separately - without me even asking, he simply just remembered our conversation. Love.“

“I go into my office 1 or 2 times a week and treat myself to a BLT on flatbread. Deanna is always there each morning with a smile on her face. She makes sure my breakfast is made the way I like it. Thanks Deanna for starting my mornings our on the right note!!!“

“This Subway fixed me a fresh and delicious 12" sandwich with a friendly smile so I rate it highly. However it is located in a gas station so I can't say that the atmosphere was great. It had a pay phone in the parking lot...a cool blast from the past.“

I've been in the store and always found it to be clean and well kept. The personnel are friendly and I love the sandwich wraps.“

“I was here for a convention, and this place was fantastic. Reasonable prices and amazing service. There were a large amount of workers on the line keeping things moving. A diamond in the rough with all the othwr overcosted options available to those not willing to look around a little bit.

Dietary restrictions: The workers made everything with my restiections in mind. I am allergic to certain things and they took this into mind while handling my food. Top notch service.“

“This Subway is kind of tucked back more than other Subways, but their food is just as fresh!

It's not apart of a strip mall or any other store, which makes it stand apart for sure. Windows encircle nearly the whole lobby which is always completely clean. The employees are always very welcoming and greet with smiles.

Bathrooms are always stocked and kept clean. Oh, forgot to mention, they also have a drive thru!“

“It's a good and clean place. Keeps up to the name of the franchise, well maintained. The Indian guy making my sub was very upbeat and kept things lively. The only reason I gave one less star is that access to this place was not so easy.“

“FREAKING AMAZING!!!! TOASTED ITALLIAN HERB AND CHESSE, PEPPER JACK CHEESE, CHICKEN TERRYAKI, COUPLE SLICES OF BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO, JALAPENOS, AND RANCH!! BEST THING ON EARTH!! Tried it with Sriracha sauce for the first time today. Was pretty iffy about it but i got talked into it and I'm glad I tried it!!The lady employee here, was just on point with everything!! From the way she held herself, to how she prepared our sandwiches, to how clean she kept her workstation. I was really impressed. She def deserves employee of the year ?

“The lady that helped me was the same one that multiple people have negatively-reviewed about. Ordered a footlong and cookies. She was nice enough to give me fresh cookies when the others were hard and old. You don't come to Subway for a nice experience; just a sandwich.“

“Came in with my wife and two dogs. Instead of giving me a hard time about having a dog the employee (Nikki) was delighted to see my puppy! She had a smile on her face the whole time, even when I decided to change my sandwich mid-order. Again the employee even gave my wife a simple of each of the types of chicken because she had never tried the sweet onion chicken teriyaki or the barbecue chicken. On top of that she gave me a few pieces of chicken to give to my puppy and my other dog. The entire experience was pleasant and I cracked a bad joke about the other employee (Patty) and said that when I asked her to put some pickles on my sandwich she refused. Obviously it was a joke but I don't think she took it as such. But she was still very polite. I give it a 5 out of 5 and as long as Nikki and Patty are working there I would definitely recommend!“

“The buy one get one Footlong deal is hard to beat. Once again the food was good . The girl working did forget to toast our sandwiches and put mayo on the whole thing but I made mistakes when I worked. So anyway this is a tasteful place. Subway never disappoints.

“I love this Subway. The manager and his employees are always so friendly and nice. I'm not exactly a regular as I only come once every couple months but they always remember me and ask how I've been and that it's good to see me again. My order is always made well too and in an efficient manner and tastes great. I definitely recommend this restaurant!😀“

“The young lady working right now is in here solo and doing her thing. She said her coworker called off and she got left high and dry but she is moving and grooving like nobody's business. She handled door dash and counter orders with ease. She definitely deserves a raise and employees that will show up daily to help her.“

“On the good - 3 footlongs for under $20 is a great deal (with coupon). This store piled on my selected veggies and didn't skimp on the mayo.This store looked rougher than most. Their exterior sign was not lit while they were open at 6:15 on a Saturday night.Subway asks for a tip on both the app and in store on the payment processor. While I appreciate the service the push and amount options for tipping are too aggressive in the Subway system. If you can't pay employees enough that they need tips then pay them more and raise prices.I personally take exception with Subway and some other chains calling their staff "Sandwich Artists". Subway dicates what they make and the entire process. Calling them artists is an insult to under paid staff and actual artists.“

“I have never had a problem with anything about this location expect they need people that love to come to work and love what they do until they come home i would love to work for them but for whatever reason they told me they are full staffed and they need help very bad but its ok i guess they dont care about people who are reliable and ready to work lol its ok but i will always be a loyal customer“

“Stopped by this subway while we were in Indianapolis before an event at Lucas Oil. The prices were the same as we paid in KY and UT. The service was fast and efficient. The sub was made correctly and I used a coupon here and there was no problems transacting it. I distinctly recall this subway seemed clean to me, which was amazing since it was 7pm and a steady flow of customers was coming and going. I sense that this location has employees that work hard and do their best.“

“The staff was very friendly and greeted me upon walking in as well as preparing my food the exact way I wanted which many other subways don’t have time or even try, but best experience I’ve had in a long time at any subway, and was very surprised by the cleanliness of the overall store. The workers tonight definitely deserve a raise in my opinion but do whatever you will with that knowledge.

“I don't patron Subways unless at Trucker Stops anymore, as there are very few that don't leave you with the feeling it's all bread...but I would come to this one again.

Very Friendly and professional employees during my visit (Wed lunch time). They make it the way you would like, making me feel not so bad to be paying a $8-$12 sub instead of the previous $5 one. (One on 38th n Emerson charges you for extra onions or green pepper etc.... so order everything on it including tomatoes and Spinach and pick everything out and throw them away except those two things, change that owners' ways)

Clean atmosphere here. A variety of seating: single cushiony armchairs w/ coffee tables, high bar chairs w/ bar round tables, booth tables w/ chairs, outdoor seating, tables that be put together for large groups 14 plus.

Lots of natural light

Drive thru is in the back...

Employees fast and efficient and friendly (worth repeating).

Vegetarian options: Go inside and order and ask for a little more of this and that. They are very friendly.

“Love this Subway. They have new management now and they are so friendly and nice. They really do their best to help, even when we mess up the phone orders. Food is great of course!

“I've had nothing but great experiences at this Subway. Staff is incredibly friendly and actually cares about getting your order right. Recently had a messed up order and once I was at the store, I realized that it was an app error and not the fault of the store employees. Chris and Tim insisted on remaking it anyway. Also the employees all wear masks, which makes me and my family feel really safe. We drive past six Subways to go to this one. Worth it.“

“Very courteous. I was ordering for my teen and her bestie while they were at work... so I was clueless on what an Italian was. The worker was patient, kind, and understanding. She did not ask what size I wanted. I assumed she knew the sandwiches were not footloose. Wrong... she made two footloose. I let her know. “I often take a route home from work that allows me to stop at the Subway in Cold Spring, MN. The staff try's to move things along so even a bit of a line doesn't really take a lot of extra time. Good bread, fresh tasting produce items, & the staff seems friendly.“

This is the only subway to take note of the fact there are limited drink/chip options, and take the time to add their other options to the app. As simple as it is to just grab something different that what was selected in their app, the kind gesture of updating their app, makes things so much simpler (on both our ends im sure).. but this just completely floored me and I'm super grateful!“
