5/5 Stars — Easily the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to!
I usually don't write reviews for fast food, but the crew working at this Southport Rd location deserves serious credit. Everything in our order was piping hot, completely fresh, and made exactly to order. They even put protective cardboard wrappers around the crunchy tacos so they didn't get crushed or break on the drive home. That level of attention to detail is unheard of!

This location is so clean, my orders are always accurate and the employees are such a delite! I hope you are treating Tonya L. like the customer service super hero that she is!
Went inside for a pickup order. Staff was very nice. A very clean restaurant. Very happy

This Taco Bell store is the best one visited by a customer. The crew is always upbeat and happy, creating a good work environment. The manager went above and beyond to fix an incorrect order, showing excellent customer service. While the food is good, there are sometimes missing napkins and sauce. Nevertheless, it is a favorite Taco Bell due to the delicious food and friendly staff. The service is quick, taking only 10-15 minutes to get the order. Additionally, the store is kid-friendly, as children are treated well and even receive free nacho fries.
