Management was on top of the staff when I visited. It has been a while since I have been to this location, but I did have a much better experience than past visits. The food was accurate and fresh. The staff was attentive and checked in with me before I ordered to be sure I did not need assistance on the kiosk. The dining room was clean, and tables were all clear of debris. Will visit again if in the area.
I feel like everytime I order something from here and ask for extra cheese sauce, I never get it. It really is starting to annoy me. My job just moved to this side of town, and this Taco Bell is closest to us, but if we can't get what we pay for, I may just tell them go to the one on Thompson.

They took a long time, wouldn't take your order, you had to use the kiosk, and to top it off, they forgot our drink and when I asked them for the drink they asked for a receipt that I was never given. I had to go into a full-blown explanation of my husband and what we ordered in order for them to remember.
