I had a great experience at this Qdoba location tonight. When I came in, Donnie and Shay were working incredibly hard, handling multiple responsibilities at once while still maintaining a positive attitude. It’s not easy to juggle that kind of workload, but they did it with professionalism and productive energy. Their effort didn’t go unnoticed!
Employees like them truly deserve recognition and fair compensation for the work they put in. I’ll be back soon!

Taqueria Puebla is a mixed bag of reviews. While one customer was delighted with the excellent carnitas tacos and quick service, another found the food mediocre and overpriced. Despite some disappointing experiences, the restaurant is kid-friendly with a spacious, colorful interior. The parking may be limited, but there are alternatives nearby. On the positive side, a different customer enjoyed the tasty Birria tacos, along with flavorful elote and a lime margarita. There are also mentions of the Quesabirria/Quesodilla de Birria being the best ever, with a crispy outside and juicy, cheesy inside. The family-owned business offers a variety of options on the menu and provides great service, including immediate water and chips upon seating. Although online service may not be as reliable, the food, including good tacos and chips with queso, makes up for it. Overall, Taqueria Puebla offers a range of experiences, from quick and delicious meals to slower service and mediocre dishes.
