The Oceanaire Is one of my favorite restaurants in Indianapolis. Unfortunately, I ordered the shrimp and grits appetizer and was greatly disappointed that the shrimp were overcooked and underseasoned1. This dish is usually beautiful and stunning. It has depth of flavor creaminess, everything. However, there wasn't a good sear on the shrimp.They were slightly under seasoned, and they were very overcooked. I was greatly disappointed. We had incredible oysters, excellent soup, one of the best bisque soups we have had. Our entrées were absolutely amazing in every way, better fish than we have even had in coastal towns. We will absolutely be back and enjoy every time we go to the Oceanaire.
