all the food was so good. the sushi was fresh. our waitress was informative and welcoming. 10/10 my husband, daughter, and I will be regular customers😊
If I had to pick one word to describe this place, disappointed is the best I could do. I have been to the Broad Ripple location several times. It is always top-notch and great service. The Lawrence location is a far cry from the Broad Ripple location.
It took a few minutes for us to even be noticed when we came in, despite there only being one occupied table in the whole restaurant. We were led to a table that was very sticky. It took an amount of effort to get the soy...read full review

Watami Sushi All You Can Eat is a restaurant that offers an all-you-can-eat experience with its food menu items. The service is highly commendable, with staff who are attentive, helpful, and kind. Customers can order as many times as they want, and the food is freshly served.
The sushi here is described as good for the deal that customers get. Some customers have even said that it is some of the best sushi they have had. The sushi rolls are flavorful and fresh, with some of the favorites being the Gozilla Roll and the Volcano Roll. The edamame and Crab Rangoon are also delicious.
However, there have been some complaints about the teriyaki chicken and beef, with some customers describing them as chewy, dry, and with hard gristle. The fried rice was also not well-received, with customers describing it as wet, with hard-to-taste meat served on top of the dish. The tea was also described as tasting like burnt popcorn.
The service was described as slow and inattentive by some customers. The menu options are not listed on the menu, which could be improved. The price is around $25 per person, but customers may be charged extra if they order too much.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with an open floorplan and mostly booth seating. The quality of the raw fish is okay, but not the freshest. The all-you-can-eat option is nice, but the environment could use some improvement, particularly the fish tank in the front, which was described as "disgusting" with a single live fish "gulping for oxygen."
