“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“I left a review a few months ago. The GM Joe thanked me for leaving the review my next visit. He remembered it was me because I had voiced the same compliments I gave in my review. That's what you call over and beyond customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer.I got the ghost pepper sandwich tonight. WOW!!!! IT IS AMAZING! There is bacon in every bite very large burger that's reaches edges of bread . Plenty of cheese and queso and the orange bread is just fun!!! Also the chicken wraps are a must try and my son's fav. This location gets all the stars. You can tell the staff respects their manager as he leads by example. “Five Guys has always been one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a really good, no-nonsense burger. The quality of the food is top-notch — the beef tastes fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked to order every single time. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, from the soft, buttery buns to the crisp lettuce and fresh-cut tomatoes. The customization is a big plus too; being able to load up your burger with as many toppings as you want makes every visit a little different and always satisfying.

I had an issue with my app and I didn't understand the price and other people there didn't have any answers but she came to me and explained everything to me even though they were busy while the others were just trying to get me out of the drive thru!!
