I ordered ahead and set the time for 9:10pm thinking the food would be hot when I got it. I pull up to the window 10 minutes early and I see my bag sitting there. It take the person I’ve seen since I pulled up 5 minutes to walk over to me and ask my name and then hands me the bag that’s been sitting there, probably since I ordered it. Fast service , clean , and food always on point 😋
Almost didn’t come to this chipotle because of the negative reviews but turned out to be great. Seems like they are aware and making the necessary changes. Lauren runs a tight ship and everything was on point for my wife, kids and I. We ordered mobile order 5 minutes before showing up for the kids meal and it was already ready on the shelf when we walked in. All the food was fresh and the stations were being kept clean. Would recommend giving this one another chance.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a great place to eat with delicious food like chicken al pastor tacos and Chicken Bowl. The restaurant provides outstanding customer service, a clean environment, and fast, friendly service. While portion sizes may vary, the staff is nice and easy to talk to, making the dining experience pleasant. Sometimes the food is perfect, but other times the beans are under cooked and the meat too salty. This Chipotle location stands out, receiving great service, and is highly recommended for a satisfying meal and a welcoming atmosphere.
