“The order taker guy was fantastic! He'll go far in life! Very professional and super nice! We ordered mainly the pretzel chicken sandwiches. 1 out of 3 didn't like theirs. It was the grilled chicken. She gave it to me. Wasn't thrilled but wasn't disgusting. Processed chicken, but what do you expect? Did have the charbroil grilled look.“

I'm not a hater, but this was special occasion for Valentine's and the chain did an amazing job embracing of the fact this isn't the typical place to go on Valentine's Day. This location did a rock star job of hosting!!! I highly recommend you make the reservation and enjoy the experience. We had a great time. I had the shrimp and it was good after I removed most of the thick breading. Fries were delicious. My friends all ordered sliders with fries or onion rings. We loved seeing families bring kids in all dressed up in Valentine's outfits. What a treasure to have an affordable place for Valentine's Day. Our check was $45 for 4 people. The memories created, priceless. ❤️“

“Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen who served me thursday sept 24th. I had some bad news so wasnt gonna be able to cook dinner. Walked in trying to grab some sandwiches. These gentle were so accommodating to all my sandwiches which needed this and not that. They ended up making me laugh and i bought a cookie. Customized food met expectations, with the exception of their not having any sausage patties due to an "ordering oversight" however the sausage crumbles did suffice. It's really easy to make people happy if you're just nice and care enough to do your job right/as best you can“

“Stopped by Culver’s for dinner and it was a really solid experience. The ButterBurger was hot and juicy, and you can tell it’s made fresh to order. The cheese curds were crispy and flavorful, and the frozen custard was the perfect way to end the meal. The place was clean and the staff were super friendly.

Only thing I’d say is the food took a little longer than typical fast food, but that’s probably because they make it fresh. Overall, definitely worth the wait and I’ll be coming back.“

“i got there about 946 PM and the inside was locked even though the doors say 1030PM. No big deal so I hit the drive thru. The fries were cold and the roast beef sandwich tasted and smelled funny. Tried to call but no answer, of course. I guess I'll wrapped it all back up and put it in the fridge until morning when open. thanks for ruining my appetite. usually so much better than this!“

“I live in Louisville but I am Jeffersonville often because my mother lives here. And this Subway is the absolute Best location between Indiana and Louisville. It’s always clean, food is always fresh and very single young person that works in there has excellent customer service and is genuinely kind.“

“I left a review a few months ago. The GM Joe thanked me for leaving the review my next visit. He remembered it was me because I had voiced the same compliments I gave in my review. That's what you call over and beyond customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer.I got the ghost pepper sandwich tonight. WOW!!!! IT IS AMAZING! There is bacon in every bite very large burger that's reaches edges of bread . Plenty of cheese and queso and the orange bread is just fun!!! Also the chicken wraps are a must try and my son's fav. This location gets all the stars. You can tell the staff respects their manager as he leads by example.
