“Great restaurant. Used to be themed more toward western but has been remodeled. Chips / salsa and salad are good. Been going there for years.

“We were headed to an appointment on Veteran's on my Birthday and wifey said "Where do you want to go for your Birthday dinner"? My answer is always...ALWAYS...Chuy's. Since we've been by this location a few times it made the decision easy.
From the outside to the inside, Chuy's is themed very well. It's colorful, has a shaded waiting area outside, and as you approach the building you get drawn into the experience. The inside is just as vibrant as the outside, and there's so much stuff hanging from the ceiling you wonder how it stays up. There are also multiple dining areas, and the building is much bigger inside than it looks outside.
The staff is constantly in motion here, and one of the cool things they do is provide your silverware in a sealed paper bag, ensuring that is has been cleaned and sanitized.
Chuy's tortilla chips are amazing...no, they're fantastic...no, they're OUTSTANDING. Thin, light, and crisp, and freshly made. I've eaten chips in (and this is not an exaggeration) hundreds of Mexican restaurants. These are THE BEST, hands down. They have a (I'm guessing) sour cream based jalapeño salsa that is out of this world delicious.
I ordered the steak burrito, and I was only disappointed when I was done with it. :( It was amazing, and the steak was cooked like it was in a contest. I'd have taken a picture, but it would have meant waiting to start eating it. Chuy's is also not afraid to use spice, and the steak burrito was definitely my idea of perfectly spicy.
Because Wifey mentioned that it was my birthday we got some delicious warm, fresh churros in an amazing warm caramel sauce. Chuy's doesn't play the "Let's Sing Happy Birthday to the Birthday Guest" game (thankfully), but to be honest, those churros were better than a piece of birthday cake would have been anyway.
Our first visit to this location was great and since we're routinely in Clarksville, we will 100% visit again!“

“Fantastic! We had just arrived at the airport and noticed this restaurant while looking for a motel. It was 10 minutes until closing, and we were graciously welcomed to come in even though it was obvious the staff would be held over to serve us. The food was served quickly and was very delicious. Our waitress helped us locate lodging and gave directions how to find it. If we lived in Louisville, this restaurant would see us on a regular basis. Very impressed…5-star rating!!!“

“I go for the $2.99 margarita nights. Bartender is a hoot. He has memorized our "usuals" and develops a rapport with his patrons. A variety of food options for whatever dietary restrictions you may have. Food comes out in a timely manner.
Dietary restrictions: The menu includes lower calorie items, vegan optionsn etc.“

“I spent about three years hearing about how good this place is before I visited it. With that in mind, I went in thinking there was no way it could meet the lofty expectations thrust upon it by my friends and family. I was right.Somehow this place managed to exceed all of my expectations. From the delightful and attentive server, to the delicious food as pictured here. Visiting America is always a journey for my stomach, and Tumbleweed was my favourite food stop on this trip. The environment doesn't immediately give off cozy vibes, but once seated it's easy to feel like you're the only table in the room.If I could give the service more than five stars, I would. My glass was never empty, and he never came around in that awkward phase right after you take a bite which was very nice. The chips and queso make for an warm up session for the meal. Overall, I am very much looking forward to returning here again, and making it a regular spot for myself and everyone I can drag there with me.
Kid-friendliness: The inclusion of a kids menu is a wonderful touch, and kept ours entertained throughout the whole meal. The staff were very nice to her as well.“

“My family was able to enjoy a night out! My husband, myself, and our four children. It’s been a year since we have been to Tumbleweed. The server was amazing and the food was ON POINT!! The food was prepared for as if it were an art! And the taste was exceptional. My teenage daughter said she could taste the colors of the rainbow as she ate her first bite! I simply wanted to thank the Outer Loop team for this night. It’s not often we get a chance to go out. And they made it the best possible night!“
