One of the last places to get ice cream and it's actually a good deal. Prices are extremely reasonable and the product is very good. I highly recommend this if you're in the Kokomo area.
Never been to Scoops before and they were definitely busy, waited in the drive thru for about seven to ten minutes total including getting our icecreams and I must say it was definitely beyond worth the wait! The icecream was amazing and definitely worth the price. The lemon shake up was very light on the lemon flavor but was still there and very refreshing, a pleasant twist for sure. The banana splits are amazing! across the board everything is so good!! great local business!! each time my kids (who are all adults and live out of town) go to Scoops and many times the owner has waited on us and he is always very nice and has a kind word. Each time we go we have always had excellent service even when extra busy! Great job!
