better care for customers. my son was sitting at the table yesterday and the umbrellas were out well the wind pulled the umbrella off the post of the table and knocked him off the seat onto the ground and the umbrella was on top of him. not one employee asked if he was ok or anything someone just came out and took the umbrellas down. I'll never go back there again

each time my kids (who are all adults and live out of town) go to Scoops and many times the owner has waited on us and he is always very nice and has a kind word. Each time we go we have always had excellent service even when extra busy!

One of my favorite ice cream shops ever. Family owned & operated. My top 5 favorite flavors are 1. Coffee 2. Dole whip 3. Strawberry 4. Lakeeffect pothole 5. Classic chocolate
