“The T Bell on Sycamore used to be much better! Now it seems the crew just throws your food together to get it done and they get sloppy!! Now we go all the way to the North End just because your food is put together well and it doesn't taste like yesterday's! They actually act like they care about serving you. Even minor things like asking for extra cheese on your burrito they do it!!!! It's a nice place to sit and eat too.Now one last thing... if I were you I would NOT EAT AT THE TACO BELL ON LA FOUNTAIN!!!!!At first I thought they just made mistakes on our orders. Then we'd go and instead of shredded cheese on our burritos and TACOS they put stupid nacho cheese!! Come on people nacho cheese does not work or taste good on a taco or my burrito!Ok... last two times we ordered$$ meals there and dined in thinking they will make our Crunch wraps and Mexican pizzas etc etc without being a sloppy mess... NO IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!! OVER $40 FREAKING DOLLARS tasted like trash!I was so embarrassed my family from Montana even got sick from the food we ate there!Please be CAREFUL if you even think of getting food at the Taco Bell in the South End of Kokomo!“
“I always feel so bad for the employees in this store- most seem young and without solid leadership, they seem to be genuinely doing their best but have very little experience. Every time I’ve been here, they are behind on orders and not once did I ever see or hear a manager leading them. Though the service takes longer than average, the food itself has always been fresh and the orders are always correct.“
“There are some really good deals on the "Value Menu." I had lunch here a couple times and got good value for the money. The last time, the guy who made my food pointed out that they had a new kind of sauce, so I asked for a sample thinking it would come in a little packet. He put some sauce from a dispenser into a little container with a cover and gave it to me. That was pretty considerate.“
