For dinner we shared the Buratta (mozzarella ball with a honey glaze) and the fire roasted pizza (the one with the sesame seeds and chili sauce) so good! Great time, we will be back!”

“Grandma’s catered my daughter’s graduation party this weekend and it was phenomenal! We go there often and always recommend it, so it was a must for her party. We ordered for 60 people and in my opinion got way more for a very reasonable price. Almost all our guests went home with a plate and we still have leftovers. If you have not been there go now, breakfast, lunch, dinner it doesn’t matter it’s always 10/10 with their food and service. And if you’re thinking about catering definitely choose Grandma’s!”

“Honestly, the restaurant is in the middle of nowhere. When we were driving, we saw some old farms, big and old house. So the decor was not the best.
From the outside, the restaurant looks rustic.
But when the food come, it was amazing.
I definitely recommend it.”

We kicked things off with the mouthwatering Mac-Yams Rolls and some crispy fried green tomatoes (my all-time favorite that are so rare to find!). For the main event, we dove into the catfish and fried chicken dinner, and let me tell you, every bite took me back to Grandma's Sunday dinners! The portions? Totally overflowing! And don’t even get me started on the cucumber lemonade—it’s utterly addictive! We capped off our feast with a heavenly slice of fresh-baked sweet potato pie! I’m already counting down the days until my next visit! Plus, they’re showing the games on TV during game nights—what a vibe!”

“I went in last night it was every bit of 90 degrees in this establishment. the one gal who's super quick and very friendly opened up the doors for air flow, great decision and she ever worried if the boss would be mad. every time i go in and shes working my family and i get the best service. If more businesses had employees like this in their work place they forever have our business. maybe some of the gals should take pointers we don't always get friendly service especially from the younger employees. GOOOD THING OUR DAY GAL WAS WORKING NIGHTS. made our horrible day better by the time we left.”

“We’ve had some mix-ups with our orders, and they’re always happy to fix the problem. We once received the wrong order, and since we live about 20 minutes away, one of the ladies working there had her husband deliver the correct order to us without hesitation. That was so kind of her, and they made sure everything was fixed. I definitely think they’re amazing there and always so kind.”

Going inside to eat the service is very slow as they focus on the drive through and just keep telling you we will be with you shortly as drive through continues to fill up and they wait to get them all pushed through before taking your order.”

While everyone else is waiting for Jet's to eventually open (if that ever happens), we've been enjoying authentic deep dish without having to travel into the city. Ig nor any review before January 2026. The place has a new owner and they're on the right track. Also - no offense to Jet's, but come on already! What's taking so long?”
