“The waiter Travis did an excellent job. The Chef made our dinner a warm experience of candel light and Jazz music. Every bite was a wonderful delicious experience! Had to try the alligator, fried tomatoes and brussel sprouts. Each brought a new meaning to Yummy 😋 My 1 yr old Grandson enjoyed a wide variety of, sweet potatoes, salmon and greens. Highly recommend♥️”

“We made 6:15 reservations on Friday. Very friendly service and prompt! The cocktails were delicious, my husband had the Violet Gimlet and I had the Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub. For dinner we shared the Buratta (mozzarella ball with a honey glaze) and the fire roasted pizza (the one with the sesame seeds and chili sauce) so good! Great time, we will be back!”

“Grandma’s catered my daughter’s graduation party this weekend and it was phenomenal! We go there often and always recommend it, so it was a must for her party. We ordered for 60 people and in my opinion got way more for a very reasonable price. Almost all our guests went home with a plate and we still have leftovers. If you have not been there go now, breakfast, lunch, dinner it doesn’t matter it’s always 10/10 with their food and service. And if you’re thinking about catering definitely choose Grandma’s!”

“I went in last night it was every bit of 90 degrees in this establishment. the one gal who's super quick and very friendly opened up the doors for air flow, great decision and she ever worried if the boss would be mad. every time i go in and shes working my family and i get the best service. If more businesses had employees like this in their work place they forever have our business. maybe some of the gals should take pointers we don't always get friendly service especially from the younger employees. GOOOD THING OUR DAY GAL WAS WORKING NIGHTS. made our horrible day better by the time we left.”

I went in on a Tuesday last week, got a mouth watering bragel with crisp bacon and a hot butter bear AND to my surprise I was given a glow in the dark halloween cup! This location is by far the BEST of all biggbys in the history of Biggby. I did not take picture to show the world because it was just so decadent I attacked my meal right away lol. I visit the Westville one often and they are just as sweet but Laporte has my heart, the baristas are so pleasant and make my day with their energy and smiles. I just had to share this positivity with the entire world, you don't come across many chain restaurants or any restaurant for that matter that really take time to be personable and engaging. this is now my daily stop, this location can have all my money! today is their buy one get one free Wednesday and again to my surprise I got two drinks to fuel my day! I love it! if you haven't checked out Biggby here in Laporte you are missing out! shut down the other coffee guys Biggby already blew them out the water!!!!!”

“I went to McDonald's and tried to order a 20 piece nugget with lemonade. I sat in the drive-thru lane for 20 minutes and finally gave up. Then they went to Burger King and I was able to place my order without any hesitation. I will refuse to go to McDonald's in LaPorte ever again. Thank you Burger King.”

“One of the best pizzas in Chicago is now in La Porte! While everyone else is waiting for Jet's to eventually open (if that ever happens), we've been enjoying authentic deep dish without having to travel into the city. Ig nor any review before January 2026. The place has a new owner and they're on the right track. Also - no offense to Jet's, but come on already! What's taking so long?”
