Subway in Lafayette

“The store was extremely cold, but it was very clean as well. There was one employee in the store when we stopped. They were very quiet and hard to hear. They weren't unfriendly, but not friendly either. Our sandwiches were correct and tasted good.“

“Loud music that we requested to be turned down. It was turned down, but it continued to have louder moments that interfered with our conversation. I asked to turn it off and was told that the manager said it could not be turned off. The music itself was not appropriate for a general customer base.“

“I came in after a 12 hour work day, Keyan, Kayla, and Owen ALL made my sandwich EXACTLY how I would have made it myself. They were kind and friendly. Here is a picture of my experience with them both. They both deserve a raise, respectfully. Thank you for your time and consideration“

“I was having trouble with my online order and the manager there. Krystal or Crystal, dunno how it was spelt, but she help me make the order cheaper ontop of being friendly and had a good conversation, we both agreed that there should be a way to pay for an online in store, will definitely be coming back“

“Came in today (Thursday, September 10th) around 12:40pm to pick up an online order for a veggie sub and also place an order for nachos with no meat. The two ladies at the front making orders and doing checkout were amazing! They were super kind and made my food amazing! Seriously, it was probably the best made food I've ever received from any Subway store. They got all the special requests correct on my online sub order and even went above and beyond to make sure that I got it the exact way I wanted it. Thank you to those two ladies!“

“Served by:22771 @11:25! This guy was amazing! So sweet and talkative! I didn’t catch his name sadly but he put my boyfriend and I in a fanatic mood! He was a hard worker I could tell! Also if he is in charge of the music then let me tell you he was playing some fantastic music very family friendly environment with him there! I felt so great and he made some AMAZING sandwiches! Bread was baked perfectly and everything actually tasted fresh! We need more kind people like his working!“

“Ordered a footlong steak and cheese and had NO MEAT on the sub. My daughter ordered a sandwich and got no lettuce even when she ordered extra lettuce. Delivery was smooth though. Worst experience ever! Last time they put onions and green peppers when I specifically asked for none. When we called the lady who "made" the sandwiches started to argue with us and said it was Door Dash's fault. It was clearly not. IMO this is NO way to serve your customers. Customers beware.“
