“In my opinion, Taco Bell in general can sometimes be a hit or miss experience, that’s just part of choosing fast food. BUT this particular location on Lebanon St. is always a fantastic experience, every single time. The customer service is truly great and they are always friendly, and most of all the food is always piping hot!! I can always count on my bag of food to have heat coming from the bottom, which doesn’t always happen with fast food. I have been impressed from every experience I have had (20+ times) and they are very consistent. Keep up the good work!!“

The towns folks will not tolerate poor service. update: I've observed that the quality and accuracy of sandwiches at the Burger King located at 1523 W. South St., Lebanon, IN 46052, have declined over the past years. After speaking with several local business representatives in the Lebanon Business Park and reflecting on my own experiences, it seems the issues stem from inconsistent management practices. The sandwiches are often hastily assembled, leading to a less enjoyable dining experience. I believe that with more attention to detail and a renewed focus on customer satisfaction, this location could significantly improve.“

“Papa John's delivers an order of pizza to our school every Friday. Their service is wonderful!! They are thoughtful to include the sauces and packets that are preferred and they arrive on time. After ordering from them weekly for over a year, I can honestly say they are amazing!“

“Weird interaction. Ordered & paid online. Had email confirming. Drive to shop for curbside pick up. I check in online, then call. The woman that answered insists she does not have my order. I invite her out to my car to see my confirmation. After about 90 seconds of back & forth, she admits they do have it & hangs up. I watch people go in & out with sammies. I finally call back & ask about my order. And the same woman has the nerve to tell me to use the app to check in. OMG! I did & I called, obviously I'm out front.
