I love Jimmy John's, and I know this is a new location, but waiting 35 minutes in a drive-through is crazy (I was trapped, so couldn’t get out if I wanted to). It looked like majority of the staff were younger which is great however, I think management needs to tighten things up a bit. Slowest JJ I've ever been to...even when no one is in line...would love to eat here more but you need to avoid this location until they figure out how to just be less than fast and work their way to freaky fast...lunch rush assume you will be waiting 15 to 20 minutes...if they are moving fast...staff are nice though...
Doc ordered lunch for the office of 7 people. Got everything but a few bags of chips. Called them and they rushed over the chips plus extras and cookies and brownies as well! Great food, great experience! Keep up the good work!

Jimmy John's offers great food and a great experience, with friendly and enthusiastic people happy to help. One order for 7 people arrived with everything but a few bags of chips, and the staff rushed over the chips plus extras, cookies, and brownies. However, this location is the slowest Jimmy John's, so avoid if in a hurry. Staff was polite.
