I have always liked Bob Evans but this particular day there was a young lady there by the name of Shay Davis. She was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable with everyone that she came in contact with. My order was correct, hot and very enjoyable. Because of Ms. Shay I will definitely be back to this location and tell everyone that I know about this location. She should be moved up to General Manager because she definitely knows her stuff.
I’m not a regular at Bob Evans, but I know now I won’t be back. I was there on a Sunday morning (prime time) arriving about 10:45 am. Our waitress came asking for our drink order-1 coffee and 1 apple juice. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. The coffee was not “piping hot”. She took our breakfast order which was a Denver omelette w/a side of sausage gravy and 2 eggs over easy w/hash browns, 4 pieces of bacon and rye toast.
