“It was no waiting upon arrival at the Merrillville location. Haven't been here in years, that you place your own order and seat yourself now. The restaurant is clean and organized. The music plays at a good volume where you can still have a conversation at the table. It was wonderful to be greeted by Tiffany and her son with smiles. To the young lady who frowns bringing the orders, hope she can find a smile. Our food was fresh and hot. The bathroom was smelly upon using to wash my hands before eating. Their was hair on the floor in the first stall. To the guy who sweeps the floor as soon as the customers are done, good job and keep it up. I didn't catch his name. Thank you to the entire team telling us to have a good night as the family left the restaurant.“

I mentioned that I was the only one at the table who liked pickles, and he made sure my burger was loaded with them—such a thoughtful touch! “On this day that my family and I went, everything was great except one thing. It was extremely warm inside! Maybe I should say hot in there. The whole restaurant was super warm! It felt like a sauna! It was very uncomfortable to eat in there. Other customers mentioned it to the employees also. I know it's a bit cold outside but it almost made me want to go eat outside in the car.. we had to hurry up and eat to leave lol“

“Go here often afterwork- overnight thru the drive thru as I did this morning. They're always more than courteous/respectful as if you're in a 5 star, sit down restaurant. Food is hot & fresh. AI taking orders is still a work in progress, but when it messes up, you get a live person pretty quickly to finish order. Best White castle overall I've ever been to.“
