“so unfortunately when i attended they messed up my order the first time after i had gotten home. i went back to the location and talked to a nice guy and he took the messed up food and after a few minutes game me my correct order plus an extra burger!! the customer service was amazing and they were very apologetic after i told them about the mess up. thank you to the friendly staff that dealt with the mess up! ps i demolished the burger! amazing food.“

“Go here often afterwork- overnight thru the drive thru as I did this morning. They're always more than courteous/respectful as if you're in a 5 star, sit down restaurant. Food is hot & fresh. AI taking orders is still a work in progress, but when it messes up, you get a live person pretty quickly to finish order. Best White castle overall I've ever been to.“

“On this day that my family and I went, everything was great except one thing. It was extremely warm inside! Maybe I should say hot in there. The whole restaurant was super warm! It felt like a sauna! It was very uncomfortable to eat in there. Other customers mentioned it to the employees also. I know it's a bit cold outside but it almost made me want to go eat outside in the car.. we had to hurry up and eat to leave lol“
