Waited over 15 mins to be seated. When I asked what’s the hold up cuz the place was more than half empty they replied the kitchen was backed up. So what’s that have to do with getting seated? Waited another 10 mins in front he time I got there til that point at least 4–5 families got their seats I asked why cuz it was a smaller party n the manager didn’t want to open up areas that could’ve seated us. should've stopped going there long ago ,but gave them at that location many chances and finally said enough is enough !
had bad experience in Buffalo NY as well !
