Would love to recognize the outstanding customer service I received tonight.
Amanda at customer service helped me every step of the way returning my damaged deep freezer. She had a little 5 year pendant on her name tag if that helps identify her! She took extra steps outside of her job description to ensure I left the club satisfied and happy with my return and repurchase!
