“You'll be glad you stopped. Wonderful little roadside diner. Quaint 'home town' experience. The place hasn't changed much at all in 50 years. The food came to the table piping hot and in a timely manner. The service was very good, cheerful and attentive checking on us at regular intervals but not too frequently. Don't drive by if you're hungry.”

“This place would be GREAT if they touched it up a bit. They should redo the sign outside. It's old and faded. And I would recommend some deep cleaning in the inside. Mopping and wiping down walls. And maybe a few flower vases around the windows and a few Airwick scent plug ins. This would attract more customers. The times no customers are present is the perfect time to mop and wipe tables and clean floors. It has potential. They just have to put the work in. ❤️ Procides that...the egg drop soup, shrimp fried rice and egg rolls are amazing.”

“I was passing through town and found this place via Google search, and I'm glad I did! The staff is wonderful, warm, and friendly (Zara, my server, was excellent!). Even the owner was happy to stop and talk about culture and cuisine. I had a few pieces of a la carte sashimi and then a sushi/sashimi combo. All of the fish was very fresh and properly sized. I would have like to see a bit broader offerings (kizame, ama ebi) that were on par with the quality of the fish, but overall I was very happy and the prices are reasonable. Be sure to try the red snapper soup!”

“I just bought my first loaf of sourdough bread and it was fantastic! I got the olive/lemon loaf. It sounds like an unusual combination but the taste was very subtle and is amazing toasted. Also, it was a very large size.”

Had the French dip and French onion soup, it was very tasty! My girlfriend had the prime rib special and which was also very tasty! Super tender.

“I do love this pizza . I’ve had it 4 times. Tonight was the only time it was Meh. I only write this because I had family in from out of town. We ordered 2 extra large ones and the pizzas didn’t fill the boxes. They were considerably smaller pizzas and less substantial than the other times we gotten it. The owner wasn’t the one who made it. Maybe better training for those when the owner isn’t there? But I’ve had 3 really great experiences. I know I will again.”
