“The food is really good. The service is great unless they are particularly busy then it drops off somewhat. It is very clean inside and they have live music on the weekends.”
“I'll circle back to the good food and the outstanding pricing. I need to first make sure everyone knows this is a nonprofit focused entirely on the community which helps support it. It is an outstanding approach to making the town and surrounding area better by its being here. The coffee and drinks are fantastic. And the food is always good and you absolutely cannot beat the price. And they do catering!”
“Love it. Best burger around, and you won't find better service anywhere. If it were nonsmoking, it would be even better.Burgers, fish, and chicken are all outstanding.”
“Harvest Coffee is a true ministry that especially helps children with meals that don't cost anything. Plus it's a place where many great events are held such as craft projects and cooking lessons for kids.”
“We just moved to Milford & This is by far the best restaurant I have been to in years. The customer service is the best in the area, the portions are huge, and the prices are beyond fair. The deserts are also amazing and we got free chips and salsa with our large family meal! Please come here so they can reopen during breakfast hours because I’m sure it’s just as great.”
“Hadn't been to subway in a while. One of my coworkers took me there for lunch. Good sandwich, but like everything anymore, seemed overpriced for what you get.”
“A must stop if you are in Milford, Indiana. Tiny, unassuming restaurant on the curve out of town. Be careful or you might miss it. Owners are friendly and helpful. Food reminds me of when I was a child. Both Americans and Chinese entrees available. The Inside side is dated and in need of updates. Food is totally worth it.”
“Such a lovely family who operate this friendly Japanese restaurant. I'm a neophyte when it comes to Japanese cuisine and I'm learning a lot and getting something different each time I come. Haven't been disappointed yet! Yum!”
“It was less than a half an hour before closing but these folks were so welcoming and made a wonderful sandwich for us and we each got a pastry to go along with it. The ham and cheese croissant was to die for! Fresh croissant just so flaky and tender, nice little snack in the middle of the day.Kid-friendliness: Brew City caters to adults more than children but children are certainly welcome here!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps anywhere here!”
“I cannot say enough about this restaurant! We had a reservation fall through at another location and they immediately accommodated 10 people on a Saturday night. We got the calamari, potato skins, goat cheese marinara, and firecracker shrimp apps, and then the burgers and tortellini entrees. It was delicious!”
“Vi makes the most delicious grain free breads, cakes, cookies, quiches and more! I celebrated my birthday there today with my husband who has no food allergies. He loved the quiche, the coffee, and the oatmeal whoopi pie just as much as I did ( only I chose the grain free chocolatechip cookie for dessert) I brought home a grain free baguette and it is perfect, great crust, chewy, and great with butter. Baked by Vi is a true gem!”
“Syracuse Cafe is the real deal. I had a smoked pork chop for lunch that was PERFECT. Could not be better. Slice and eat. My colleagues had the tenderloin that was amazing. It was twice the size of the bun. And. They served a cole slaw made by the local Amish community. Also. The service was pleasant and personal. Thank you to everyone!”
“Excellent food and service! Come for the Chicago dog or smash burgers, leave happy!Vegetarian options: You can order saladsDietary restrictions: Keto or low carb friendly”
“Hammers is great! I love the atmosphere, retro style build, and appropriately sized environment. If you like to be able to walk to get a drink, or get one in general, then you've got your beer or cocktail in hand. I already respected the owner/owners, but I really enjoyed my time there.”
“This bruscetta photo says it all! We had the New Year menu that included appetizer, salad, main course with sides, excellent dessert, and a glass of champagne or wine! I challenge anyone to find a better chicken breast or steak! We were so busy enjoying our food that I forgot to take other photos. We used to go there a lot, but stopped as the food quality went south. I'm so glad we are going back now. If you had a poor experience in the past, I would say give it another try. You won't be disappointed, and if you are, they will make it right!”
“Excellent beer and food in an interesting building. People are nice and seriously the food is fantastic. Highly recommend this place. The smoked Salmon fish dip was way better than I have had in the U.P. Of Michigan.”
“Just ate their food and it is by far they best food we have in this town! Anyone that can give this food a down vote is damaged. lol in all seriousness this place has amazing food ! I seen some say expensive get out here 2 full meals $24 with the tip far from ”
“Melissa, my waitress, was great! Very friendly, and checking with patrons frequently. Food was quick and very good! Only disappointed that cashier was on her cell phone while cashing out customers, in my opinion that is not good customer service.”
“Located in an historic building tucked in between Big and Little Barbee Lakes Barbee Hotels offers an elevated supper club experience with fine dining flourishes with a speakeasy ambiance. There are many menu items you would expect and a few you might not. I chose their Scallops Rockefeller - a dish I hadn't seen offered anywhere before. It was seriously delicious! The service was impeccable (thanks Holly!). We had a great evening.”
“A Hidden Gem Where Flavor and Hospitality Shine - Man Cave BreweryFrom a serendipitous Facebook discovery to an evening that exceeded every expectation, Man Cave Brewery is a rare find that delights on all fronts. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmth and professionalism of our waitress, Jody, whose attentiveness shone throughout our visit. Our culinary journey began with a steak and potato soup that set a high bar, echoing the heartiness of a home-cooked steak dinner. The soup was a harmonious symphony of melt-in-your-mouth steak, impeccably cooked potatoes, and a medley of vegetables, all swimming in a luxuriously rich beef broth. The main course continued to impress us with a breaded fish that was nothing short of spectacular. The crust's golden crunch perfectly contrasted with the soft, flaky fish, conjuring the essence of fresh crab with each bite, and the grilled asparagus added a fresh, crisp counterpoint.A flight of beers provided a tour of the brewery's craftsmanship. The Sandbar Blonde was refreshingly crisp, the blueberry-infused cream ale was an absolute delight suggesting endless sipping on a sunny day, and the Bourbon Badger, with its exquisite bourbon barrel-infused depth, was a masterclass in brewing.Anastasia's bikini martini, a tropical mix of Malibu, coconut rum, vodka, and pineapple juice with a hint of grenadine, was a sweet standout. And let's not forget the habanero ranch sauce—a fiery complement that has inspired us to try and replicate it at home.In an era where social media often promises more than it delivers, Man Cave Brewery is a stellar exception. Everything, from the atmosphere to the epicurean offerings, was even more impressive than advertised. We're excited to share our experience, complete with photos, on both Google and Facebook reviews, to spread the word about this exceptional brewery.Thank you, Man Cave Brewery, and a special shout-out to Jody, for an evening that will be remembered fondly and recommended heartily. We're already looking forward to our next visit.”
“If you're looking for a delightful, peaceful place to hold a tea party, look no further. The finger sandwiches, pastries and desserts are all delicious, but the service is unmatched. The host and her husband are extremely accommodating, refills your tea, coffee and waters regularly and even has hats and dresses for you to take timeless pictures.”
“Our family celebrated a special birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy a meal together! Shelly took such great care of us, offering drink and meal recommendations, checking on us frequently and making us feel so special! The food was phenomenal and we look forward to visiting again and trying more innovative choices!”
“What a fun place to grab a bite to eat! Excellent customer service, great family atmosphere, delicious food! Smiles and friendliness all around!Once I finished my meal I was able to sit quietly and read a book.A perfect place to sit and enjoy by yourself or with others!”
“We had great pizza and the large salad. So great ... The servers were super friendly and very prompt with everything! The music wasn't too loud and made for a good dining experience. Everything was clean and it was very cozy. We continue to have great times there! Played cards tonight with friends after dinner... Always a good time at Down Under❣️”
“This place is the ideal hole in the wall living place you would ideally want to visit. Me and my lady came here on 3-26-24 for our 8 year anniversary and this made our trip to Syracuse that much more memorable! Connie was welcoming and so friendly once we walked in. After I found out the lady's name that just looked like the heart of the place I was so ready to post this review. Kim was the other lady I was referring to and Connie is Kim's daughter ❤️ it all made sense the ! I got the kitchen sink omelette and my lady got the French toast. I can see why people rate this place why they do and glad I checked it out! Food was amazing I ate it all. The place has such cute take aways it was just amazing all around. This place made you feel loved and comfortable and that's what gets great reviews respect and people coming back. WE WILL BE BACK! LOVE YALL!!!”
“First visit to the Syracuse location. Oh my, it's even better than what I remember. We shared the halibut bites. He had a filet, which was perfect! I had the lamb meatballs which are (still ) heavenly. Excellent waitstaff led by Ashley, who was delightful and very attentive.”

“We came here right after a bad expierence tryna get frog legs at another certain tavern that may or may not be close by BUT at louiesBEST SERVICE bartender treated my small party so well ! Loved the atmosphere and made us feel super welcome after a bad start to the day and got my guys the frog legs they wanted so badly and made the day so much better cannot not recommend this place enough !”
“I've ate here approximately 6 times. All were good except 1. Is this place worth the stop sure. If your in Syracuse indiana and want Mexican food this is a good place to stop. Their is normally a 20 minute wait or more on the weekend to get a table for 4. If you have a large group you should probably call ahead.”
“This is NOT fine dining. This is NOT an old-fashioned diner. This is NOT what someone thinks a diner was like 70 or 80 years ago. This is a diner that has been operating for a very long time. The food is great. You get to eat in a historic place. It's worth it.”
