“There is not enough characters allowed in this field for us to express how much we loved this place! Visited for the first time tonight. New to Indiana from Florida and live in Fort Wayne. My husband is a HUGE Vlad the impaler and all things Dracula fan. He absolutely geeked out tonight and I don’t think I’ve seen him so happy! Let’s talk about the pizza. We ordered a regular deep dish pepperoni as well as a Chicago style to try both. I’d have to say the sauce here- is the BEST we’ve had since moving to the Midwest! The pizza was amazing- and super cheesy! Topped our already full bellies off with a Cookie Monster sundae and a zombie milkshake and we were way past full. Safe to say we found the best pizza in the Midwest! (I mean- look at the cheese pull) ;)”

“First time visit, and I ordered my barometer dish on how I judge a new-to-me Asian restaurant: General Tso. It was pleasantly sweet and thick sauce - and plenty enough to flavor the rice. I have yet to understand why some “fried rice” is daffodil yellow, but the extra sauce helped that as well. I could have used more spice in my General. I appreciated the two sizable pieces of broccoli that were in my order. General Tso is never known for its vegetable content so this garnish was a bonus. But the real star was the fried dumplings. That’s what I will be thinking about for a long time to come. Crisp and delicious. And the dipping sauce had really good ginger flavor.”

“We drove 1.5 hours to try this place out. It was worth it! They only have 16 flavors at a time but a total of around 81 flavors that get rotated through. Every flavor is homemade. The vanilla is from Madagascar, ok I had to stop writing this for a sample! It was delicious. If I didn’t just get two scoops I would get another of vanilla!!!! Come try this one out! I have not posted for a while, but this one is a gem!!!!!! We will be back!”

“I was just treated extremely rude by a manager named Grace or something that told me initial NO TIME, just "as soon as possible." I waited 1 hour before calling to check in on the order. At that time the driver was leaving to deliver, but it then took another 30 to 40 minutes to arrive. The result was cold pizza & breadsticks. When calling back to ask politely for a refund, it was met with an argumentative Grace that hung up on me. I am beyond disappointed in my treatment & the lack of respect this employee has for customers & customer service. Berne, IN. location.”

“I always have a good time at Vinnies Bar. cheap strong drinks, great music most nights and friendly locals of ranging ages. I came out to Vinnies one night and a group of girls invited me to sit with them. it was a blast!”

“oh my goodness, this restaurant is the most cozy comfortable atmosphere. everyone in there is so welcoming and nice. now the food is the real topic. I have never been to a buffet that has so much flavor in a nice home-cooked based food. the food was so good. the brisket was amazing. so moist and fell apart like butter. I definitely will recommend this restaurant over and over again. thank you for the amazing meal!”

“Ordered carry out over the phone. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes, and it was. Lady wad friendly. Very odd pick-up window though, feels uninviting.The food was good. Fried rice, white rice, and general tsos spicy chicken. The fried rice was very good. The general tso chicken was not very spicy, but other than that, it was delicious. Overall, good.”

“The Galley had been recommended to me years ago. We finally got a chance to try it. We understand why it’s highly recommended and we concur. The atmosphere is that of a small, comfortable restaurant reminiscent of back in the day. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Finally, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The fried fish was finger licking good!”

“Our family met at this East of Chicago in Berne Indiana for my mom's 90th birthday. She likes their pizza and so 27 family members of all ages descended on this establishment for a Saturday dinner. I had given the management a heads up and they were very flexible and accommodating. They had the tables arranged for us and even provided the pizza buffet on a day when it is not normally offered. They encouraged us to select several of the pizzas on the buffet. The pizza and salad bar were very good and fresh. Thank you East of Chicago Pizza. A good time was had by all!”
