Incredibly rude. Ordered a burger with lettuce/tomato, but it came out with mayo on it. Took it back to the window and they argued with me about what I ordered. Told that I should have seen that it had mayo on it before I took a bite and that it would be 40 minutes before they could make another one. I had to ask for my money back. Been going there for years and that will be the last time I go.
Terrible customer service, rude… Waited 40 minutes in line only to be told at 8:55pm their kitchen closes at 9:00pm when their sign says 9:30pm. Gal at the window had plenty of opportunity to tell us kitchen closes at 9:00pm. She served everyone in front of us waiting in line, a few of them arriving the same time we did.
$25 for 3 coney dogs and a side of coney sauce. Long wait. Ordered French fries, but the girl at the counter “forgot to ring it in” the other guy in line before me never go his food and they argued with him about paying for it even after he showed them the charge on his credit card. Used to be one of my favorites in Parke County had gone way down hill.
