“We went to Trust Your Butcher Steakhouse tonight in Muncie ! It was fantastic! Best steakhouse we’ve been to in a while! Live elegant music, gorgeous authentic taxidermy & skulls, amazing food! We had oysters, fried green tomatoes, great steaks, a super tasty jalapeño queso scalloped potatos, amazing sweet potato casserole, risotto, bison burger, penne pasta & crème brûlée! 10/10! Great service, atmosphere & food!”

“Yes, I would recommend The Chug, every staff member that I have encountered have been easy going and kind, as well as being humorous which help make the experience better. However, Rachel that works Wednesday nights has the worst egotistical attitude. I’ve never met anyone who has intentionally made fun of a customer as well as belittle them. As an owner of The Chug, I would remember to remind your staff about their place as a bartender. They do provide customer service and that comes along with human decency and a kind attitude. Thank goodness the second bartender, (I don’t recall her name, curly haired woman) was there to provide us drinks. She is someone who you should use as a reference when hiring new employees. Thanks for all the good nights prior to this night in particular. I will still go to The Chug in hopes that people like Rachel are not working.”

From their rather cozy and hip atmosphere and look, down to their very lovely, unique, and bright-eyed crew who are always pleased to see the regular faces and thrilled to introduce any new ones, there’s so much to love about this nice little spot in the Village. If you ask me, you must try my personal favorite entrées: their Chili Cheese Étouffée(w/crawfish!) or the B+B entrée! Also, you certainly mustn’t sleep on their Peanut Butter Pie for dessert, it’s addicting!! And they give free samples of any of their entrées too, so never be afraid you might not like what you order. Stop in, receive a warm welcome, and treat your palate as you should!”

“I became a patron for the food and the general atmosphere. Now it’s my go-to to get out of the house. This little gem is Muncie’s best-kept secret. Known for their statue of Paul Bunyan, this bar serves all the usual bears and has a fairly deep liquor shelf. Their food is out of this world. I personally recommend the ribeye sandwich and fried mushrooms.”

“We love Culver's! It is the best fast food around. The place is always spotless and the staff is always friendly. Their butter burgers are fantastic and so are their chicken strips. They also have several seafood options and even pot roast! Their cheese curds and other sides are different than the standard fries you get everywhere else, although they do have those too! I personally think their coleslaw is the best I have found in ANY restaurant. You can also use the handy QR codes at your table to order if you want to skip the line.

Make sure to save room for their awesome frozen custard! We also like to take home a pint or two from their freezer case up front for a treat later!”

“I have gone through the drive-thru many many times. I always get the same two items either spicy chicken with broccoli or sweet sour chicken. I have always substituted the crab rangoon for the egg roll because I don't like the egg roll. I have never had an issue until today. the lady at the window was very polite. the guy that came to the window I don't care for too much and I won't be back.”

Such a great atmosphere and food tasted decent I'm so tired of current world business practices like this where clearly this joint makes money but it's a revolving door of employees because some greedy owner refuses to pay their employees properly. Poor kitchen manager is being made to do everything and I'd bet she is not paid well either for her dedication. Gross . They had 2 dine in orders and 2 called in, so I asked her why service is slow last time, 4 orders total .. 4... And the manager was flustered trying to do it all.. 4 is a slow day at good joints who figured out paying people properly is how you keep good employees. Won't be back, I cant support this kind of greedy, short sighted business practice . Shame”
