Went to the Roadhouse on Saturday the 26th, the kitchen lost our food order, the server kept apologizing but after 2 hours I went to the front and ask for the manager. After she came to our table the food finally arrived. The Steak was burnt and cold!, the hamburger was burnt, everything tasted awful! Her only response was to take the steak off of our bill. I wish we would have just walked out, not sure I will go back!
Went in with my wife to the Muncie location tonight and had one of the best steaks I’ve ever tried for the price. Highly recommend the 16 oz sirloin — even over the more expensive cuts. Colby was our server this evening and he was fantastic. A+ experience overall — Colby deserves a raise!
