The customer service is exceptional, and they are known for remembering regular customers and their orders. The location has easy wheelchair access, ample parking, and is kid-friendly. Additionally, they provide complimentary boba drinks when mistakes occur. This is a unique and fun atmosphere to relax that isn't just loud and industrial. The workers are very nice, specifically the guy with the glasses working upfront who is very communicative and helpful. Jack's Donuts is a go to place, with donuts that are always good, and iced lattes that are addictive. The service is amazing every time and there has never been a bad experience. The area on the second floor is relaxing and a great place to do homework, study, or just relax and chat with some friends. The donuts, however, were just mediocre, with a tiger tail and donut holes that just didn't hit the mark.
