“Wendy’s is a solid spot for a quick, tasty meal. The food is always fresh, especially their burgers and iconic fries. The staff is friendly and efficient, and even during busier times, the service is quick. I also appreciate that the restaurant is kept clean and well stocked. Whether it’s grabbing a Frosty on a hot day or trying out one of their seasonal menu items, this Wendy’s consistently delivers. It’s a great option when you’re craving fast food that doesn’t compromise on quality.“
“I go here often.
One time the service was exceptionally slow. Anamalously slow.
I filled out a complaint form.
The general manager personally called me and made it right.
I'm not saying this to tell people to complain in an attempt to get something out of it. That's wrong.
I'm mentioning this story in order to say things are USUALLY good here but when they're not management tries to be responsive to make things better.
I just had a horrible customer service experience at an unrelated field and company. They published my personal info (phone number and address) online under the review to intimidate me. Sadly it worked and I deleted the review. Then this other business (again NOT Wendy's) found my place of business and left a retaliatory negative review despite never having been there.
There are many shady business practices out there. This recent reminder of that reminded me of months ago where the manager of Muncie's Wendy's did the opposite of that and did things RIGHT in responding to customers.
Therefore, I thought I would leave a positive review for Wendy's who responded to a complaint with urgency and care. Thank you.“
“4 stars because the coke wasn't very good. More carb water than flavor.
Burger was pretty juicy and hot with melted cheese. Fries were a little cold but that was cause I had to drive 10m to park. Burger was still hot when I ate it.
I think I like the Jackson street Wendy's better than McGalliard so far.“
