“Good place to drink. Food is pretty decent. Go when it's busy though if you are eating, otherwise the service is super slow. They don't tend to make rounds to check on you when there aren't alot of people.
Come for a drink anytime though, bartender is very attentive.“

“I use to visit this establishment a couple years ago. This my 1st time here since it's been back open and I truly enjoyed myself. Reasonable prices, dart machine, casino style games, DJ was jamming, and I love that they have an patio area. Oh, and the wings was fye!! I'll definitely return back to this location“

“I’ve been all over the U.S. and by far this is the best bar I ever been too mostly locals but great company would 10/10 recommend if you are stopped in the area, only downside they don’t serve food but if you get food nearby feel free to bring it with you but there are plenty of options nearby!!“

“Sometimes the owner of uncle Bobby's bar will Grill some food. The atmosphere is very nice everybody knows each other a lot of active and retired fireman and policeman attend. Also a lot of Armed Force branches Services men and women attend this Bar. Very friendly place they also have a pool table a jukebox and a dart board, highly recommended“

“We love Brewhouse and visit at least a couple times per month. They rotate their drink menu, there are always good local options (e.g., IPAs, Stouts, Lagers, Sours, Ciders), and they have a nice outdoor seating area that can be used during the warmer months. The bartenders are nice and playful and their food menu includes some clearly identified vegan options. They also have a couple of old arcade games you can play for free and have a bingo night, which is fun.“
“A very clean bar. I didn't eat anything there or even know if they have a kitchen. The bartender was very nice and outgoing. The crowd was like an after work crowd. We were meeting friends there to go to a ball game. Had a great time, the time we were there. I would go again.“
“A nightclub in the middle of Harvey. And...it...was....bumpin!!!! On a Thursday!!! Just wow!!! The bar inside is fairly small but well appointed. Since it s summer? They had 3 huge tents...and a great sou d system. It was not only loud? But clear. You could hear the music clearly and the lyrics were clearly discernable from several blocks out. Wow Smittys!!! You are winning!!!
The security was also excellent. With the sidewalks all blocked off......with horses and tape and rope. Done well. Bumpin in Harvey!!! If u want a black owned nightclub? With great music? Atmosphere? Vibe? With young AND grown people? You ve found it!!!!
I only gave the food the rating I did because I didn't have any. When I do? I ll add to the review.

“We went there for the Halloween bash yesterday. If you haven't been here before, be fore warned they do allow smoking here, so you know ahead of time. So don't complain about it, vote with your dollars if that isn't your thing. Normally it isn't mine, but we met some folks up there so no biggie.“

“This bar is one of many on the stretch of Kennedy Ave north of 165th street and south of the highway. Truly one of the last of its kind and feels like a time capsule walking into it. Friendly staff and cheap drinks, along with pool and darts. Can’t ask for a better dive bar.“

“The people are extremely friendly and close. Entire staff work together and are generous with the love and attention, Also the special activities are well planned and the food is delicious and creative and fresh. Plus they take great pictures.“
“It the last BEST TAVERN around, a local watering hole! And actually a landmark building. They still have the rings where the cowboys tied there horses too....for a local find VERY friendly! The customers will so happy to drink and chat and tell the BEST PLACE to eat. 6 STARS!! If your old school and like a cigar, cigarette smoking 1920 type raveen.“

“Great pizza, but dropped the ball with service on recent visit. This is one of our favorite places for pizza in the area, and we go there regularly. The food is always good, but today, we sat there for over 20 minutes without a single person stopping by to offer us water, offer to take our drink order or even just acknowledge our being there. It wasn’t even especially busy - most tables were empty. We gave up and went somewhere else.“
