I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Shrimp Shack in Munster! I ordered the catfish and shrimp combo, which came with fries and bread.
The catfish was definitely the star of the meal! The fillet was a great size and fried to perfection at least to my liking. 😋 The shrimp was pretty average, but still good. The fries were cooked extra crispy, which may be perfect for someone who loves a good crunch.

It’s a decent enough place to get food, but the food selection is limited. The sign says they have bbq ribs but in actuality they only have rib tips. The food is prepared to order- seems like they microwave it so it’s warm, but the fries are definitely prepared at the time of your request. The staff are welcoming.
