“Sis Got Tea is a warm and welcoming Black, Queer-owned tea shop on Barrett Ave. From the staff to the décor, the place felt super inclusive and happy. The tea selection is great and the staff are really knowledgeable about the products they sell. The Spicy Chai was delicious! The shop hosts lots of events ranging from crafting to community outreach throughout the week. I will definitely be going back.“
“Ntaba continues to serve excellence across their menu! Whether a meat pie (veg options available and delicious) or cafe, Ntaba is where it's at! Not to mention, if you're interested in an African Safari across one of the many and diverse countries... boom through Ntaba! We plan to visit Bornea, Madagascar, Botswana, and in the next two years! Cannot wait to support Ntaba!“
“This coffee spot is right out in the open and still almost hidden away. I absolutely love the service! My cold and/or hot coffees are always exactly as I specify and regardless of the day, weather and business, I am consistently greeted, promptly, with a genuine smile, order double checked before the charge and gifted with light chitchat. I almost always get a frozen caramel macchiato with extra espresso shots. The recommendations are always on point as well and if I don't hand it to the customer representative, I am asked for my frequent customer stamp card. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“Really neat shop and great coffee! This was just a good experience, nothing to complain about. I got a seasonal latte and it was delightful. Smooth and flavorful. Everyone was nice and cheery in the cafe. I parked on the street no issue. Lots of seating too.“
“I had the pleasure of being introduced to Good Folks Coffee back in 2020 and have been hooked on it ever since because it's nothing short of exceptional. From the first sip, I was transported to a world of rich, aromatic flavors that danced on my taste buds. The coffee was perfectly brewed, striking that elusive balance between boldness and smoothness. The beans were clearly of the highest quality, resulting in a cup that was both robust and nuanced. What truly sets this coffee apart, however, is the passionate craftsmanship that goes into each roast! You can order this exceptional coffee online and have it delivered to your doorstep in a couple of days freshly roasted to perfection. You can’t ask for anything better and you won’t be hitting up the big coffee shops anymore because you can make a better cup of coffee at home.In short, I can't recommend Good Folks Coffee enough. If you're a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a delightful caffeine fix, you owe it to yourself to experience this Coffee. Try the Day Tripper or if your doing espresso than try the Fast Track. Five stars without a doubt!“
“This is in a prime location on Bardestown road in an old bank building. They did a great job with the renovations and in the morning the sun beams in making the shop really toasty. When the weather is nice, I'd opt to sit outside. I ordered a matcha latte but was not asked what kind of milk or if I wanted any sweetener in it. It was a bit on the chalky side which makes me think they didn't mix it well but the quality was good. I also had a breakfast burrito which I believe had egg and cheese. It also came with a deep sauce that has a bit of a kick to it - delicious! The price is what got me, almost $20 for a small breakfast burrito and a matcha latte. Woof.“

“Hands down my favorite coffee place in town. Love the people and the convenience of the drive through, but it’s the coffee that keeps me coming back. Dark and full bodied with no acidity. I drink my coffee black so I just don’t mess around with sub-par brews. This is the place.“
“Great location! I can't remember is this is where Mirin used to be located. They've completely renovated the space. A good number of seating inside, but we sat outside. It accommodates better for larger groups especially if the weather is nice. I ordered the salted maple iced latte upon recommendation from the barista, while my friends got cold brew and a chai drink that had some other flavors in it. My drink was a bit too sweet for me! But the flavors were good, especially the salt. Nice touch. The baristas were nice! It was quiet in there, people were working on their laptops. Two bathrooms at the back. Clean! One of them didn't lock. Two entrances, front and back. They do have parking at the back. Around 3:30 it wasn't all that busy. A couple parking spots left but finding parallel is easy. Can't wait to come back! Prob my favorite location now.“
“Stopped by early on a Saturday while I was out walking my dogs. I happened to see another person with their dogs at the walk-up window and stopped by! What a great thing! I had a hot latte and a scone. Both were awesome and I’ll be back!“
“I first learned about them through the Logan Street market, and then I found their actual location. It's very cozy inside and I like their black magic ice latte. I have gotten one of their breakfast burritos, it was good but portion size was small. They also have a pick up area if you need to go order which is really nice since they do not have a drive-through.“
“This is a very pretty coffee shop. Beautiful lighting, plenty of seating. The place is packed, but the service was fast and efficient. I ordered my latte, good temperature, the coffee was mild, balanced, and went down very easy. Very happy with the place and plan to visit daily while I stay at the hotel.“
“I have been coming here for coffee for years! Staff is always helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience, never a bad coffee, never bad food or snacks. If you are wanting good strong coffee that tastes great then give them a visit. Coffee is so much better than some large chain store coffee places in the area!“
