made order when they opened and it took over an hour to even make our food and it wasn’t even prepared yet. cannot manage their kitchen
Literally placed an order when they opened at 11. To pick up on my break at 12. 12:30 rolls around still waiting, left without our order for 3 people. Not a single customer walked in the 30 min we were there. Super disappointing.
The food and customer service was outstanding. Brisket was my favorite. My 10 year said "we are definitely coming back here". Hard to find a good restaurant that has great food and amazing customer service. We have officially found our place!
