“The lunch specials included a Burrito with rice and beans ($8.75) and a Tostada with rice and beans for $7.50. A Diet Coke was $1.25. Not a lot of atmosphere here but the food was good. It was lunch time, so it took a little longer for the food to be served,“

“Absolutely love the food here! The workers are always very nice and polite and they get you through the line quickly. The only downside to this place is the seating inside is VERY limited and in the winter that can sometimes pose a problem.“

“The 4th star is for the waiter, who was really nice and patient, even after we took 20 minutes to order, and one star is for the food presentation. Otherwise the food was good, but not great. I ordered their signature burrito cause I’m a white girl and it said it was smothered in nacho cheese, but it wasn't. The salsa was a little disappointing as well, but it's hard to judge salsa when tomatoes aren't in season.“

“My kids love going in here to get glass bottle pops different varieties and fresh baked treats. It’s a great local grocery store with fresh veggies, meats, spices and much more. Unique things like specialty Doritos that you could only get in other counties that the states don’t carry my kids love the chips to pick from. My favorite fresh bread that is still warm when you pick it out. We will definitely be back.“

“We just moved to Milford & This is by far the best restaurant I have been to in years. The customer service is the best in the area, the portions are huge, and the prices are beyond fair. The deserts are also amazing and we got free chips and salsa with our large family meal! Please come here so they can reopen during breakfast hours because I’m sure it’s just as great.“

“A (almost) hidden gem! This restaurant is tucked into the Old Bag Factory. We’ve been several times and each time gets better. The food was super tasty with complex flavors. I had the chilaquiles with steak and eggs. The tortillas were still crispy when served sitting in a wonderful green salsa that had just the right spice with a bit of a tomatillo tang all topped off with this wonderfully prepared steak! I placed my two over easy eggs on top and enjoyed some of the best food I’ve ever had.The service is very attentive and friendly. And the price reflects the portion size and quality!“

“El Portal Food truck never disappoints. There is usually a line forming around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Try the Tflacoyos smothered in salsa verde. The Barbacoa is always so tender and flavorful. Love coming here on a Friday evening.Vegetarian options: Tflacoyos are made with chickpea and potato and are smothered in a very mild salsa verde.Parking: Parking is located in the same lot as the low Bob’s and the laundromat.“

“I've ate here approximately 6 times. All were good except 1. Is this place worth the stop sure. If your in Syracuse indiana and want Mexican food this is a good place to stop. Their is normally a 20 minute wait or more on the weekend to get a table for 4. If you have a large group you should probably call ahead.“

“Hands down, the BEST Mexican food in Elkhart County. This gives me nostalgic feelings of eating my grandmother's food. That is hard to come by. The flavors are delicious, but the food is also comforting. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back. I had a huaraches de pollo, and added some salsa roja. Perfecto! My husband and son both ordered burritos and they looked tasty. My son said it's the best he's ever had. If you've not eaten here, give it a try. Clean, authentic flavors and meals you can tell are crafted with love. Thank you, TEP for making our lunch so great!“

“One of the most important things to me when it comes to Mexican food is the sauce. Their homemade sauce is some of the best sauce around in my opinion. If they put a label on it and set it out for sale I would buy it every time. Tacos are about the same no matter where you get them from so the sauce is what's going to set them apart from one restaurant to the next.“
