“I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but the incredible staff at this Subway absolutely deserve it. The ladies who work here are hands-down some of the kindest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.

I had called earlier just to ask if they had the Happy Gilmore cup from the special promotion. That’s it—just a quick check. When I showed up later to see what cups they had, they had actually saved the exact one I was hoping for. I never even told them which character I wanted—but somehow, they just knew. That small act of thoughtfulness genuinely meant the world to me.

It’s rare to be treated with that kind of care and attention anywhere, let alone at a fast-food spot. I was truly touched. I can honestly say I’ll never go to another Subway again. This is the one. Loyal for life.

I got home and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich.

“We tried Cousin's for the 1st time the other day. We both liked the taste of our food. We both felt the portions are really small, especially if you compare apples to apples with their competitors. I knew when grabbing the bag.
It was okay. Nothing like WOW! Just, okay. Good IG.
I got a 15in Italian on white roll and he got a beef and cheddar bowl. (Aka, a chef salad in many places) He said his was was mostly lettuce. Very light on the meat and cheese which was all bunched up in the corner.
Mine was a little on the salty side but, overall, tasted decent. I had hoped to split it up into two sittings but, ate the whole thing and still felt like I wished I had gotten a side or something.
I don't think we will be back, especially with the amount of sub shops there are in a small area competing for the business.
As for service, they were friendly and quick. The person didn't know how to answer a question about the menu but he asked the manager quickly. They have a small, but clean- new dining area.
I just recommend not skipping the carb filled sides if you're hungry!
I wanted to edit after talking with the Mr.
He wanted me to add that this is a NEW store, but at the entrance,there is a sign saying under new management.
My other thought is, be sure to get a coupon out of local mailers! If you get a deal that way, the price will make the portions size comparable. For the very best price, be sure to order ONLINE!
