“Got a 12’ sausage and pepperoni pizza. Really good pizza and good size. Also the mozzarella sticks were very good as well, the breading was very flavorful. Just make to call in or order online before. I just happen to be in the area and stopped in and they were really busy so it took some waiting for the food. But can’t blame them for that.“

“Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order, and was greeted with a warm smile. The guy went to go pick up the mobile, but it unfortunately wasn’t ready. After he told us that it would take 2 more minutes I expressed my interest for his hat, and he told me he would get one on his next order for the store, which was very kind of him.

“Today we went here to eat, they were very busy and under staffed. everyone was trying their best to do what they could. Our food took a long time to come out and one of our meals was cold. “Purchased 4 kids buffets, 1 adult buffet, a small pizza and wedges. I proceed to help my husband get my kids food which my 2 almost 3 year old wanted to try the pasta they have with some kind of peppers. I told her that it was fine because she is all about trying new things but let me make sure it's not spicy. I try a tiny pepper and noodle to make sure it's not in fact going to burn her mouth. Next thing I know I hear a man's voice behind the counter telling me I didn't pay for food and he has to watch the food as they are a food business. I tried to explain to him the situation and yes I did pay for food. In fact it was almost 70 dollars because I was being nice and left a 30 percent tip knowing we had 4 kiddos with us. Now as I sit here writing this in tears because I feel he was judging me for having 4 kids and for being overweight. it was embarrassing and ridiculous. all we tried to do was have a family dinner with our kids. think about it before spending time or money at a establishment that like to throw judgement and accusations before finding out the situation. I have never and would never steal anything.“

“Typical Papa John's pizza. It's not my favorite but it is above average. My only real complaint about this one is the way the drive thru was operated. We pulled up and my order wasn't ready. The kid said I could sit there and wait but if somebody pulled up I should pull around so the next customer could be helped. After about 5 minutes another car pulled behind me so I immediately left the drive thru and drove around to get back in line. When I got around there were 2 cars ahead of me now. Here is where my complaint is... we sat like that for a solid 5+ minutes, no movement, just waiting. The car at the window should have been advised to pull around but apparently was not given the same instructions that I was given. The next car went through the same process. Several minutes of waiting with little to no action at the window. When I finally got back up to the window, the kid seemed surprised that I was back and quickly gathered my order to pass it to me. I realize I'm complaining about first world problems waiting 10 extra minutes for pizza but when I'm told it will be ready at a certain time and then I have to wait longer due to poor organization at the window I'm not going to be super happy.

“Rarely do i ever gove a 5 star review but this place definitely deserves it! Everything was awesome. We got the breadsticks with nacho cheese sauce and garlic butter, the smoked wings with maple bourbon sauce and peppercorn ranch (best part of the meal) , and the steak pizza. Definitely recommend!“
