Sandwich Shops near North Liberty

“Tried something new, compared to my usual. It wasn't to bad, was definitely different. The price though just for the footlong alone was ridiculous though low. My footlong was the Cali sub (not sure the full name of it off the top of my head) But a footlong sub for that one was $14 on it's own...for $14 I expected more. Maybe it was also because of whoever made my sandwich squeezed the avocado spread out of the bad and barely put any on there. she also made it with lettuce and not spinach and the mozzarella were barely even warmed up on my sandwich. Overall, like I said it wasn't to bad, just could have been better if it was made the way it was supposed to be and maybe just a little warmer. Both my husbands and my sandwich were a MESS though. The lady that did the veggies to the sandwich practically made it like an open face sandwich. Now I know for sure that is not how you make those (I use to work for subway years ago). So that took it down a star automatically just because it was so hard to even try eating. The ladies were nice though and the atmosphere wasn't bad considering it was for their 4th of July parade day.“

“This place is one of my favorites to get food from. Ingredients are always fresh. Most of the employees are not only very friendly, but most of the time I don't even have to tell them what I want, just how many and whose sandwich they know the rest.“

“This sub shop is in a gas station.It's not very clean. Alway people walking through dining area as the restrooms are placed in the middle.The food is good. It is a bit pricey for a gas station restaurant. Have never seen it very busy. Their exclusive dew is great. If it's just a quick stop it's worth this stop for good food.“

“All your favorite Subway sandwiches along with those really big delicious cookies. All the breads were available when I got my supper. I didn't notice any veggies that were missing from the selection. Nothing worse than getting three quarters of the way of getting your favorite sandwich made just to find out that there out of black olives or peppers. It's so disappointing. Everything was available and was able to get my Roasted Chicken Breast add bacon just the way I enjoy it best. White chocolate macadamia nut cookies for desert. Good meal“
