Southside Scoops isn’t the place it used to be. The prices keep increasing, yet the quality of service keeps decreasing.
If something is wrong with your order, do not waste your time calling because the teens working will gaslight you instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes.

waited for over 15 min, nor abnormal, no biggie, when i got to the window the girl was counting a drawer out, never looking up or acknowledged i was there, after waiting a few more min i finally asked if they were still open, she said they were, usually one does a drawer after closing, i asked if she was going to take my order, she said she would in a couple of min after she was done, snotty tone and attitude, apparently customer service isn't that important, so i left,
