“The last two times I have ordered from them my order was wrong. The first time I asked for extra cheese and Pepperoni and didn't get any of them. Them today i asked for the same thing on italian herb and cheese but got the mulit gran bread.“

“On line orders are usually efficient and quick. This time 2 people were working the food and neither one turned around to see if I was standing there and just put my order aside. I stood several minutes waiting and finally had to ask for my order.“

“We go to this location often and they have a few excellent workers who are always kind to us. The only issue we have had is when we needed wifi to place an order, we had a guy with a rune necklace tell us that they don’t have guest wifi, although the wifi that pops up says PJ_Guest. Online it says it is offered, so that threw us off a bit. He seemed moody, hopefully it was just a bad day and nothing more. The girl at the counter was very polite.“

“Just wanted to share a different perspective. The staff here have always been really nice, friendly, and professional whenever I’ve visited. The Subway is consistently well maintained and clean, and I’ve always had a good experience. As for the restroom comment, it honestly feels more like a personal frustration than a fair reflection of the restaurant or its staff. Credit where it’s due — these guys are doing a great job. 👍“
