“All the entrees I have tried have been fantastic, including the hamburgers, pot roast sandwich, fries, onion rings and of course ice cream. The employees are always friendly, and courteous even under pressure. The dining area has always been clean, even with the large amount of traffic.“
“I used to have nothing but good things to say about this place but lately they pull u aside even when u just want 1 easy hamburger. And the kids( and I mean very young kids with 0 work ethic) they hire don't get in any hurry to get ur food.I literally sat behind another customer who sat and had full conversations with her sister who worked there. Instead of getting the line moving they didn't care and just kept talking while I waited. Then still got pulled aside to wait on 1 lousy burgerSAVE URSELF TIME AND TROUBLE AMD FIND ANOTHER SPOT TO EATTHEY'VE WEMT DOWNHILL VERY FAST!!IM REFUSING TO EAT THERE ANYMORE. “Had a great experience visiting this establishment. They have a huge variety of options from food, drinks, and snacks.We ended up ordering quite a bit of food for 3 people, with deserts, snacks, and main course under $30 for 3 people, about $10 each.We left super satisfied and the burgers were probably some of the best tasting I have had in Vincennes and are very affordable.Ordering process was extremely easy, and the service was fast we had out food in less than 10 minutes for everything we had ordered.They have a small sit down area outside, it could use some upgrades but it sufficed for what we needed it for. I think if upgraded to a nice outdoor patio style seating area they could do really well with people who want to sit down to eat and not drive.Will certainly come back here to visit when we are going through Vincennes.“
“Jimmy John's has been great on multiple levels. I've been getting Jimmy John's since before they opened in vincennes( in other cities). Every personal order has been correct and fresh. I love there sliced wheat bread. The company I work for gets us lunch monthly, and Jimmy John's is always a favorite. Their boxes have a ton of food. It has a sandwich chips pickle and dessert. You pick your favorites. Always a great catering experience.“

They are outstanding, caring and funny, and the food is delicious in comparisons to their competition which we won’t mention their names. Hardee’s way to go with this location and I wish you would open up more stores in the Chicagoland and in northwest Indiana as well. Thanks“
“This review is based on a drive through order placed at lunch.Got to menu board and had a car pulling off from speaker. Was asked to hold at speaker for a minute before ordering. About 30 seconds later my order was taken. Pulled to window as the car in front was pulling away. Paid immediately. Food order came up within 1 minute. Total time 3 minutes from menu to pulling away with meal.Staff - the gentleman waiting on me was friendly, and fast.Food - the 3 piece fish was as good as any other Captain Ds, not greasy, light flaky breading, Food was hot. Hushpuppies were same as fish, non-greasy, not hot but warm. Green beans were warm and tasted great. Same with MacnCheese.All in all I had a friendly, fast and efficient experience. Same as said before, food is as good a Captain Ds as any other.“
“The restaurant was very clean, the food in the visible cooler appeared quite fresh, and the staff was friendly and inviting. We got our food fresh and delicious, and we were very surprised by how tasty everything was. We’ve had many subpar Subway visits at other locations the past couple years, so this was quite the shock! Thank you to the staff in this unit for maintaining a clean facility, and for preparing fresh ingredients promptly!“
“A friend and myself stopped in for supper.. we were the only people there... the food was good and large portions.. the young girl that served us was great... the Manager on duty was anything but great.. she was yelling at the younger workers and being very snide with them.. I would have walked out had a manager ever talked to me that way.... it was uncomfortable after that.. we didn't finish.. we left.“
