Days in advance, I ordered a 10inch cake for my son’s birthday. Today, the day of, I went to pick it up and it’s the most pathetic, already melted 8 inch cake I’ve ever seen come from a Dairy Queen Grill & Chill- Vincennes.

Absolutely disgusting. disgusting. disgusting. An employee had the audacity to yell through the intercom “on accident” but couldn’t apologize. -156/10 experience. Never returning to a disgusting establishment like this again.
I orderd a snickers brownie blizzard and got a heath brownie blizzard. I took it back and they argued with me so it went into the trash. Then while we were sitting the lobby waiting for my husband to finish his, the staff was back there yelling profanities. There were 2 tables if people that got up and left over it.
