“I have order takeout from this restaurant since 2020 about once every three months. I usually purchase New York strip dinners for three. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always cooked perfectly and presented well. Everything tastes fresh and still hot when I arrive home. Everyone in my family likes their steaks cooked well done no pink and they always cook them this way and they are still juicy. I just want to thank the staff for always making my takeout experience a joy.“

“Went here for my birthday, However left very disappointed.. Orders came out wrong, food was not very good. Was charged gratuity but did not have 6 people. Asked for rolls multiple time never received.Drinks were never refilled when requested. mozzarella sticks still had flour on them. Dissatisfied will never go back!! 0 out of 10 do not recommend!!“

“When I tell you this is the best barbecue restaurant I have ever tasted the baby back ribs with Mac & cheese green beans corn bread everything was sooo delicious who ever is the chef thank you ..you are truly blessed with your hands I will definitely come back for more“

“Delicious smoked meats. Had the Blue Velvet, my daughter had the Jammin Piggy, sides were coles slaw and tater tots, everything was terrific. Could not finish the sandwiches, enough for my daughter to bring home for dinner. Very generous portions. Cannot wait to get back to Valparaiso to visit PSM!“

“The food here is exceptional. Unique spins on classic southern cuisines. Everything we had exceeded expectations - shrimp & grits, turkey pot pie and the biscuits with chicken du jus was divine. Don’t sleep on this place!“

“The staff were the friendliest people ever. The cook even brought out a big sheet of paper and crayons for my kids to color on. The food was excellent and it was very clean inside. Really nice setup too. How this place doesn’t have 5 stars is beyond me.“
