“I have eaten at a lot of Longhorns across the whole country. This one was like all the others. The service was good. Friendly smiles from the staff and the food came out perfectly. The only thing I may say, the pacing of the food was a little fast. When I got my bread, salad, and my water at the same time. Shortly after I got done with my salad my bowl was picked up and was checked on. So staff was tentative.“

“We were first timers at Frank's and very pleasently surprised. We got the roast beef sandwich... Delish! and pulled pork sandwich. With the good selection of BBQ sauces on the table, it was nice to try a couple different options. I stopped at the 50/50 sauce. It's a perfect blend. I would say some of the very best I've ever had. We definitely see why Frank's is so popular. Great portions and flavor like nothing we have had in the past. The service was extremely friendly and fast. Our food came out piping hot. Great experience and we will be back. One thing I would warn, if you order hot peppers/giardiniera it is VERY hot. I think it should come with a warning 🙂 You would be smart to order it on the side and taste it first 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️.“

“Catfish dinner was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Still piping hot when I got home. Fries were delicious. A real side of coleslaw, not just a tiny pill cup. My dinner was packaged with care. Even gave me hand wipes, packaged plastic ware and REAL napkins, not flimsy toilet paper squares. First time customers get a free drink. I will definitely return. Very clean.“

The food is great the drinks are great and the Dj's are the best ! I call it a good vibe. It is true that Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. “We were hesitant about trying this restaurant after moving into the neighborhood. Reading the reviews helped. 😲 when I say this food was 🔥, we devoured the large turkey tips w/hot links. Everything was hot and fresh! Fries were still crispy with the sauce on them! Turkey was melt in ur mouth delicious 😋. No leftovers, we ate it all in one sitting. Woo woods is our new bbq joint! Will definitely be back. Today. Hopefully.“

“The Crown Point location is great. I prefer their food over any of their other locations. Not sure if it's because it's the newest site to open but I hope that the quality of the food and service does not change. A solid 4 stars!“

“The food was simply AMAZING … the best kebab platter I have ever had … and the hospitality shown by the owner Zozy was wonderful .. she was super friendly and provided us with wonderful service. “We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

“The first time I went in I ordered the three piece catfish dinner. It came with fries, coleslaw and corn on the cob. What I was surprised with was the packaging. It was placed in an aluminum tray and packaged so well that I was highly impressed. My food was prepared by the male chef. It was delicious. I was so impressed that I told my neighbors. The next time I ordered a lady answered the phone and took my order of the same first order. Her customer service skills were poor and the same order that I ordered before was a disappointment. The fish was not crisp and packaging was a plastic bag. The real cook who was chef that cooked my order should train the staff in their cooking skills. I haven’t been back. If a standard is set customers will be faithful and tell others about the food served and the quality of customer service.“

“Had lunch here last week. The service was great. Joyce, one of the waitresses was very attentive to our requests. She was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was excellent and the restaurant is a really nice place to have a meal. The menu is varied and prices are reasonable. Planning on going again soon.“

“This is a fantastic steakhouse. We had a great time dining here last Saturday night. Our rib-eye steaks were juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes were delicious, and the drinks were perfectly made. The decor and atmosphere are a bit simple, but the food was excellent, and it's only 10 minutes from home. We've heard the new owners are renovating, and we hope it will give the restaurant a more luxurious feel to match the quality of the food. All in all, we'll definitely be back“

“My review is based solely off of their chicken!!!!!!! They have some really good,well seasoned chicken! Their fries are really good too! I order the wings (also 1/4 white) with and without sauce,but when I do get sauce it’s definitely their mild because it’s very tasty! Their food is cooked to order and it’s always fresh! Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. Always a win for me! Last but not least,I now travel about 25 minutes to get there because I don’t live as close as I initially did years ago!“
